I had to mail in original stock certificates. My investment company sent me a paid Fedex label. I wanted to get the envelope containing 21 certificates insured. I called the the ONLY number available to ask if they insure. The women said she thinks so but it will have to be done at a company store and not a drop-off. The company store was not open on Sundays and did not have a phone number. Monday morning I had a 50+ mile round trip to that store only to find out they do not insure. I said all this could have been done on the phone if I could have called them. The clerk said we don't give out this number and the women I spoke to Sunday should have known this. Fedex you owe me gasoline and wear and tear for my trip. Lousy customer service. One star!!!

So I've been Ordering bottled water (fiji, icelandic, and others) every order for the last 3 months have been damaged or missing/ delivered to the wrong address. How does this happen? You know it just makes me mad that I'm having to pay $38+ a case of water just to wait 3-5 days to get it and see most of the bottles are open and damaged, then I have to call or email the business to let them know FedEx damaged the product. Most will replace the damaged shipments but that's not really helpful. I also would love to get my 4 missing packages, the company won't even send a replacement because FedEx won't call them back to let them know something might happen that stopped a delivery. This is why we all need to use the USPS for shipments, they at least try to do right.

Worst delivery company ever…they never ring your doorbell they just throw your packages anywhere just got notification my package was delivered but the store was closed to receive…basically it was left outside for grabs

They said I received a text about a package never did the only reason I know the package was delivered because I went to the tracking number. Where it was delivered to who knows. They might want to hire humans the robots suck

FedEx drivers are lazy if I put my full address on my order I expect for the drivers to come knock on my door not leave the package with a random person you see in front of the building. Because the driver wanted to be lazy I still haven鈥檛 received my package and it鈥檚 been more than a month

FedEx tracking indicated that a package that I was to receive had been delivered. Unfortunately I never received the parcel which, I assume, was delivered to a wrong address.

Upon contacting FedEx and after several attempts in regard to my claim, no one would assume any responsibility for the failure to deliver, nor did they attempt to try to locate my package.

FedEx would be my last choice in delivery services. No one was willing to help at all!

I will never use FedEx!

I CONSISRENTLY have problems with FedEx! Problems run from poor tracking info to packages needing signatures, and not arriving despite me waiting all day. Tracking later says delivery was attempted but it鈥檚 a total lie.
This last time I called and talked to a FedEx supervisor. I told her I WAS RIGHT HERE WAITING! THIS WAS A PACKAGE WITH 2 DAY SHIPPING FROM WALMART (MOST of my packages ARE FROM WALMART – ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNATURE NEEDED! She reassured ne she contacted the driver & delivery WOULD BE MADE THAT DAY…UMMMM, NOT! ANOTHER LUE! No doorbell EVER rang, no knock on the door, and I even have 2 dogs that bark the minute anyone comes to my porch! That package won't be delivered FOR 2 MORE DAYS causing me to have to pay postage to deliver it to my daughter who was visiting/left before her package arrived! I've HAD IT WITH FED EX! I have ZERO problems with UPS or USPS!

continuing to set the bar low and underdeliver – express apparently means "we say we'll have it there by 1030, but we'll flag a missed delivery attempt at 1040 since you left at 1035 for an appointment thinking 1030 meant 1030" – this incompetence is further eroded by customer service that is both oblivious and inept.
will not use or recommend. they make usps look like rock stars.

The worse shipping company. I wouldn't recommend using their services as they are overpriced and for international services they try to charge customers money in the name of customs.
I'd suggest supporting your local postal services instead of this scam of a shipping company.

This company is really good. Unlike UPS they delay or cancel you're delivery due to actual issues. They even deliver faster than UPS.

Had a package due for delivery on Saturday May 23rd. When I noticed no package had made it to my doorstep I checked the app. It stated that my address was wrong. My address was in fact Correct. I called the 1-800 number for FedEx support only to be told that my address was wrong and that I would have to contact the company so they could contact them so the package could be shipped again. I tried telling the lady that there is no reason for this because my address is correct. I even offered to pick it up but it was no use. I posted a bad review and they called me 5 minutes later telling me that my package would be shipped on Tuesday. Wish me luck!!! Maybe next time the driver will actually look for my address and not assume it's a typo!!!!馃槑
