Been using this company for years with no complaints however my recent encounter highlights how poor they regard customer loyalty. One of the items I ordered was delivered all broken up but as I did not report it within 24 hours they were not interested. I have my items delivered to work and as I only work part time as soon as I got to work I checked my delivery to find the item with significant damage. The customer service department was not interested as it was outside the 24 hour window. The damaged was due to the way their staff had packed the items and so resulted in the item being damaged during transit. Loyalty does not count for anything with this company as I鈥檝e been using them for over 8 years but I won鈥檛 be using them any more.

Same as last time. Order delivered in around 25 hours! Great service from Feedem and from FedEx!

I placed an order but only received half of it …. albeit earlier than expected but I have been trying to contact Feedem and just cannot get through or even receive any email responses as I have emailed a few times too. It is frustrating as I paid for 2 of the items and keep going through to a voicemail box …. because of this I wouldn't use again. It may be that the rest of the order will arrive later but if I could get some sort of communication from them it would help!
