This is a company in China, do not do business with them. I ordered a custom-sized dress for my daughter's wedding and it arrived several sizes too small. In fact, I couldn't even get it over my shoulders. Obviously not made correctly. After multiple emails back and forth, I am still trying to return the dress for a refund. There is no way to call Customer Service, only email. Terrible company with even worse customer service!

The dress was to tight when it arrived. But firstly do not use this company for any occasions! They鈥檙e are more reliable companies out there. So I ordered my dress on the 13th of June and I paid 拢10 extra so it could come by the 13th of July, it came on the 14th of August, I was so frustrated and the manager thinks she should compensate me with 拢30 when I paid 拢123 for a dress that doesn鈥檛 even fit and didn鈥檛 come by the date when it was needed. Awful company honestly, where is the customer service at nowadays? The reviews on their website are fake it does not take a week it is shipped from China.
