2 months ago we asked for advice for a new cv-ketel. We dus receive an advice but after that they never responded anymore to any emails. Even when I filled in a form on the website it kept silence. Bizar experience unfortunately.

If you want a reliable company with good customer service and communication then I would recommend that you stay well away from Feenstra. In Dec we contacted Feenstra to provide a quotation on fitting a new boiler. A mechanic arrived and carried out an assessment. Although extremely overpriced, we arranged a date for the work to be carried out on the 7 Jan 20. In the morning of the 7 Jan I received a phone call from Feenstra stating that there mechanic had called in sick. ( They only have one mechanic?) I arranged another day off work and another appointment on the 14 Jan. The workmen were supposed to turn up at 0830. They turned up at 0730. After a quick assessment they told me that they could not carry out the work because of an issue with our chimney. They then told me that they would contact their manager who would call me back later that that morning. After waiting 3 Hours, no call back was given. I then called their head office to find out what was going on. I was assured that someone would call me within the hour. Despite giving them my details and a mobile number to call, no call was received. After another two hours, still no response. By this point, enough was enough. I phoned the head office and instructed them to cancel the Job. I will now have to find another company to carry out the work.

Very stupid guys, you make an appointment and they never show up, the next day they say someone came and didn鈥檛 find u and they called u and u didn鈥檛 pick, when in reality no body called no mechanic came I can鈥檛 imagine in 2020 we still have stupid companies like these ? I鈥檓 so disgusted with this.

Lie lie and lie and do no work then wait for pay day, I can imagine the level of integrity their managers have to cover up these liars. Disgusting!

1 star is too much for Feenstra. It took us almost a week before an appointment can be made for our leaking cv ketel. The guy finally came spending 10 min with no intention to help us fix the problem. The only thing he did was to switch off hot water?! So after he left, it's even worse!! we have a leaking ketel and without hot water!!
What kind of service is this??? I would suggest avoid Feenstra.

They have sent an invoice with appointment that apparently I had missed but I had never arranged it or had been sent a notice they were coming. Last time they serviced my CV kettle it broke down afterwards and had to pay for the new parts. Fishy business going on here.

Sneaky Liars that try to get you sign an agreement and never deliver on their promises. I strongly warn everyone to go with them. After many emails telling they sent factuur to the wrong address (I moved out more than 3 years ago) they still charged my account without me giving authorization to them. Now I have to wait for them to refund me within 4-6 weeks, can鈥檛 give any exception. Terrible organization n administration!! Be aware, they deduct money unauthorized from your old-sold house. Check your account

I have a terrible experience with Feenstra. Their technician came for maintenance. He broke the correctly functioning CV-ketel, left me 1 day without warm water and heating and then charged me for their mistake. The communication was also very bad. Go for another company if you can.

The only company that agreed to replace my broken solar inverter for a new one, without having to order the entire solar panel installation. The new one works fine for a long and the installation looks trustful, it's done better than one we had before.

Another time we made an appointment because of a CV leakage, it was checked and advised quite soon.

The worst of the worst of services I have ever experience. Unprofessional and rude staff. Very poor service. I am surprised this company is still allowed to offer to operate in the Netherlands.

12 years contract, euro 49 per month paid for 12 years( Contract was passed on to me from my last owner). Feenstra send maintenance engineers ONCE in 2 years. If you call them for any reason to book maintenance, they ask euro 50 to book appointment and there after euro 70 per hour for engineer. This is despite the fact we pay 49/ month. Every thing look ok, until we hit our first problem, exactly as soon as 12 years contract completed. I asked them if i can close the relation with them now, as my 12 years completed. I was told, if i want to close, i will have to pay 200/ for CV ketel- if i have to keep it or they will come and collect. Or else keep paying reduced price of 20/ per-month. And if you want engineer to visit us, pay above price (50+70xhrs) .. SO they strangle you from all the possible directions to squeezes you as much as they can. Its the worst contract or service i ever heard of. You get nothing for paying such high price for such a long period 12 yrs. And they dont seem to have any care for their customers who paid them for so many years.
One more thing if you forgot to book the scheduled appointment once in 2 years they don't care either for them its BAU.

I put 1 star as this is the minimum but they do not even deserve it!!
Worst service ever, stay away from this company. They are rude, do not communicate at all and are very badly organized.

Je betaalt fortuinen in de telefonische wachtstand, de sitel-formulieren werken de helft van de tijd niet, de serviceman die komt heeft van het kantoor een verkeerde opdracht meegekregen. Neem geen service-abonnement bij deze organisatie, die van al het via de wachtstand geincasserde telefoongeld niet eens genoeg mensen kan betalen om de helpdesk te bezetten. Een helpdesk waar erg veel personeel nodig is omdat de site het niet doet en de werkzaamheden veel te wensen over laten.
