I have ordered couple of pairs of socks from the British website. Got sent someone else items by mistake, then their customer service wouldn鈥檛 get back to me but found phone number on the receipt and after speaking to Andrew they managed to sent my socks 3 weeks after and STILL one pair was missing. The customer service is a joke. Overall The socks are pretty good.

Also additionally, was told I could have a NHS discount which has never materialised, absolute joke of the customer service. Andrew was the only chap really helpful.
