Agree with the most recent reviews had a lead order that took over a month to get 20 leads. Same story about emails and excuses like the others. $300 my loss and lesson. Just called today lady didn't live in city listed doesn't know address on file. Asked about ages listed and all were inaccurate. Just stay away is the best advice i can give. Lead quality poor because of recorded info also never received recordings. Been doing this business awhile and can tell its a phishy company. Good website poor delivery. AGAIN STAY AWAY.

Delivered 7 leads of a 20 lead order, then claimed delay after delay and refused to issue refund for undelivered leads. They tell you to just keep waiting, they are on it, they will give you priority status. Hands-down the worst lead vendor I have worked with in a very long time.

I purchased 3 different orders from FELead Guru and the first 2 were okay. With the third order that is when things went south fast. Here is the PayPal dispute I filed because FELead Guru would not work to fix the situation:

"I ordered a lead order from the merchant and all was going well. I have dealt with them for 3 transactions and the first two were great this last one however has been a nightmare. They were having internal system issues and delayed my order for going on three weeks. I have emails showing they were having internal issues and can supply the terms and conditions from their website stating that they start fulfilling orders within 24 hours and completely filled within the week of your order. I have been in continued contact with them and they have not been helpful at all. Two days ago they finally filled the order but once looking in to the leads and listening to the recordings of the calls that they provide it is easily seen that they were still having the internal issues and they rushed sending me my order to avoid giving me a refund as I requested. I would like to dispute this transaction and pull my money back as they did not produce the service they advertise and promise."

Here are just A FEW of the issues I've come across in my last order:

1. The info given on the recording was inconsistent from the info provided on the CVS file.
2. One lead it was clearly heard that the client lived in San Francisco and the client corrected them! But it was still sent to me as the client lived in San Diego County. That is a 400 mile willful over looking.
3. SEVEN yes 7 leads had an extra digit in on the CVS file.
4. Customer service was and is a negative 1 out of 10

And the list goes on. There are much better telemarketed lead providers out there. My advise…USE THEM.

I give FE Leadsguru top marks for speed, lead quality, and professionalism. They advised us which areas are best to target and helped gain us leads even in difficult or remote areas. When we found some problems with the leads ( a few duplicates) they immediately replaced those leads. Jay, the owner, is exceptionally courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend FE Leadsguru as a great resource offering fair pricing as well as personalized plans and communications.
