What a lovely, friendly team. They helped me from start to finish and was always there if i had any questions or worried about anything! Definitely know what they're doing!

FELGAINS sold an expensive chair to my disabled sister. 2 years later, it has started to split. I contacted felgains, who told me they had sold that part of the business to FELGAINSFORMAL [sounds dodgy already], so they will not help. I contacted the owner of this 'NEW' company. HE COULD NOT CARE LESS, hiding behind the expired warranty [for certain items like a chair, the warranty does not matter]. I will now have to go to court, where at least I will win. AVOID FELGAINS. you have been warned.
