Very quick deal. Good communication got all my answers very quickly. Delivery was smooth and fast too, even one wheel arrived one day later. I would only suggest using better packing, boxes arrived half-opened. Probably more tape needed when sending big and heavy rims. One of the rims was slightly scratched, but nothing big, I believe because of the packaging issue. It was re-packed by BRT (DPD) as the tape was DPD branded on the box and so that one was late as well.

Before I shopped at Felgenoutlet I made a big mistake shopping at a small independent online seller in Germany. I was sold wheels I could not get TUV certification for. The seller made it impossible to return the wheels. It ended with hiring a lawyer to get my money back and is ongoing.

For people who are from outside of Germany and may not know how TUV works here are some things you must know:
If you are changing wheels on your car they MUST be TUV certified. If you are driving around on wheels without tuv certification and get into an accident you will have NO insurance coverage and be in a world of trouble, even when its NOT your fault. It is NOT worth the risk. When shopping for wheels be sure to look for TUV certified sellers ONLY. DO NOT shop with any seller that does not have this!

Only 2 things went wrong:
They sent the wrong Hub Centric Rings. I ordered 64-54.1 and I got 64-56.6 instead. I was told I would get the correct ones mailed to me. They never arrived so I had to go purchase my own. This was frustrating as it delayed my installation.

When the packages arrived some of them where badly damaged. I went through every package with the DPD guy and everything was OK. It just looked bad, Very poorly packaged for shipping wheels. But do keep in mind they came strait from the manufacture (Tec) and not Felgenoutlet.

The Wheels arrived super fast! 3 working days but because they came from the manufacture I was not provided with any shipping or tracking info. I would like to see this change in the future.

Despite these small issues I would say you can shop with confidence here. Its safe legal and legit.

UPDATE: After reading my issues almost a month later Felgenoutlet sent me the correct center rings and also sent me a free care package with wheel cleaning tools! I did not expect that. That is good customer service!

Still waiting for 2 wheels to arrive. Company will blame shipper but who employed the shipper… no tracking made available. Certainly not the best to buy from. Should have gone elsewhere…
