Love the felt slippers, good quality, good fit, cosy and warm.

The slippers are wonderful quality and so thick and warm! Beautifully made. However, one is a good 2 centimeters smaller than the other – i understand they are handmade and imperfections happen, but it's a little annoying. Also, i contacted customer service about another question i had after i placed my order, but never heard back from them.
I'd still very much reccomend them, but just remind yourself that hand made products do come with slight differences in sizing

I purchased some 3cm White felt falls to get an idea of the size. I haven鈥檛 done anything with them yet. Am using them to decide what size and color I want to use in the future.

Beautiful rug and excellent communication. The colours we chose worked perfectly in our room – designing our own rug was a really good experience. The sample chart was really useful and the sample photos really helped us understand how it would look. It arrived so quickly!

The delivery and customer service are awful. I will give 1 star. That's how it ends up with 3 stars. It took almost a month from my placing the order to receiving the rug. The rug was stuck in the Sydney warehouse with no update of tracking from 24 Dec to 6 Jan. Well I understand the delay might be due to holiday, but the feltball sales team was not responsive at all when I tried to follow up with the tracking, except keeping sending me promotion emails. Who will purchase any product again from a company that hires unreliable courier companies and neglects any enquiries from the clients ? Please not just be attentive to client's needs of purchase but also pay attention when real problems arise.

I purchased a few items from Felt Ball Rug, including a custom round rug. The quality is excellent and so was the initial communication… i was told early on that there would be a wait of a few weeks because of a national holiday in Nepal, and I needed to add to the order during this wait period. I emailed a few times about paying for this new order separately and having it posted with my original order so I wouldn鈥檛 have to pay additional postage. I didn鈥檛 receive any replies which I thought was a bit strange…. so what a lovely surprise I received when this new order was posted with my original order for free 🙂 thank you very much, and thank you for the wonderful work you do to support Nepalese artisans. 🙂

Aside from the fact that the felt balls are first class quality with bright vibrant colours and beautiful autumninal colours, the service was extraordinarily quick, which enabled me to complete mobiles and rugs for Xmas gift.
I had previously bought a small quantity of felt balls from another supplier, but did not use as the colours were dull and the size I chose wasn't consistent.
