We worked together on my career and personal development goals and looking back, I can truly see how much progress I made in only 6 months of being a mentee. As a result of the programme, I became more confident, clear on what I want to achieve in the future both professionally and personally and even progressed in my role and became more senior. The team at FP kept in touch and was regularly ensuring that I was happy with my mentor and the progress against my goals that we were making. Even though I completed the programme remotely via video calls, I could certainly see the benefit of it.
