Everyone has been extremely helpful Purchased two dresses and tops one has completely come apart where the arm attaches to the body after one-time wearing! The second was already coming apart on the cuff before wearing it! Many of the dresses do not come as they may appear on the site and the compensation for the dissatisfaction in your orders is not handled properly, The quality of what I received is not what was advertised. The shirts are much thinner and cheaply made. The dress strap immediately popped and the material is cheap One thing didn't fit properly. I have two items in total that I need to return because I could not wait. When I tried to exchange for a different size my emails were ignored I鈥檝e emailed and emailed to request a returns no response back I went on the internet I did my research about customer service number and I finally found this number which was plus one–饾搲饾捊饾搰饾憭饾憭 饾憸饾搩饾憭 饾搲饾搶饾憸 饾捇饾憸饾搳饾搰 饾憭饾捑饾憯饾捊饾搲 饾憭饾捑饾憯饾捊饾搲 饾憸饾搩饾憭 饾搹饾憭饾搰饾憸 饾搩饾捑饾搩饾憭 饾搱饾捑饾搷 –called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that can return this merchandise back to them my refund initiated to me!!! I have resolved the issue with this company and a refund has been issued I notified

I ordered the Fendi FF ring 鈧?30 on the 30th of December 2020 and it still haven鈥檛 arrived. I have sent 3 emails and no response, ridiculous. Never Ever will I order off them again.

Exceptional service My husband ordered me two dress . Using their size chart he ordered a medium The color in the picture was a rich chocolate brown and the product itself was ashy, grayish brown, and kind of looked like they鈥檇 been sitting in someone鈥檚 closet for 30 years. The fitting was also terrible even though the sizing chart was an exact match. I think they would have fit better if I was taller (I鈥檓 5鈥?5鈥欌€?, but I probably would have returned them anyway because the color was so different from the picture. They鈥檙e not completely ugly but definitely not worth the $80 price tag. And almost a month after shipping them back (for $20), I still haven鈥檛 gotten a refund I went online I do research about their customer number and I got this number 岬検笆翅祲岬?岬掆伩岬?岬検丰祾 岫犪祾岬樖?岬夆伇岬嵤搬禇 岬夆伇岬嵤搬禇 岬掆伩岬?岫会祲食岬?鈦库伇鈦酷祲 刷鈦彼?called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that can return this merchandise back to them my refund initiated to me I would definitely recommend!

A friend left my Fendi Peekaboo bag (that I bought in Paris in 2012) for repair and cleaning in a Milano store in Feb 2020. They said it will be ready in 2 months. The COVID happened. So when I called them in April, they said bag is still with them and more time is needed for repairing it. By the time when I lost any hope of travelling to Italy myself, in Sept 2020, I reached out again – this time through email. They told me bag is ready to be picked up. I asked to ship it to me, providing an address in Germany and offering to cover the cost. Back abd forth took weeks. Finally, the store representative Sabrina Bavestrello said it was sent… but days went by no tracking number and no bag! So already in 2021 after my nagging emails and text mesages on Whatsapp… i get a phone call to infor me – it was lost! Ok, I asked what can you do to compensate. They took another 2 weeks… to revert with a suggestion of opening me a store credit with half the price of the new Peekaboo bag (mine was estimated at 2,100 euro, while the new one costs at around 3,200 euros). I don鈥檛 see this as a fair solution. Any advice?

I am so angry with Fendi. I ordered a jacket online and told customer service my size. They insisted I order a larger size. After ordering I reached back out and asked to change the order. I was told it would be taken care of. I even emailed the request.

Fendi customer care never responded

And

I got the larger jacket that does not fit.

And

Now it鈥檚 not available in my size.

Customer Care simply said 鈥淪orry鈥? You can return it. That鈥檚 all.

They were very dismissive and not helpful. I鈥檓 angry. My suggestion is buy from another trusted brand.

Nearly a month on and still no purse.. Or any response.. My husband ordered a purse for my Christmas, 鈥済uaranteed Christmas delivery鈥?. He had to tell me Christmas Day that unfortunately Fendi let him down so my gift would be late.. After many phone calls, being told 鈥渙h we don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 happened, will need to speak to shipping鈥?. 鈥渨e will contact them and respond to you鈥?. No response.. No response to emails.. Being told the same thing on the telephone.. We feel like our money has been stolen from us.. It鈥檚 the most bizarre purchasing experience and from a Designer brand it is just baffling.. We are still in the process of trying to get some sort of response.. Please do not order direct from this company!

Never buy online

Had someone else鈥檚 parcel 馃摝 we had their personal details and they receive our parcel with ours personal details. No reply to emails sent to customer services nor did we get anywhere trying to ring them. Disgusted considering your paying so much for theses items. They shouldn鈥檛 be allow to trade!!!

Parcel has not arrived after a month, spoke to UPS it is lost, more like someone stole it. trying to contact customer service is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
Disgusting considering they are meant to be a designer brand gucci and louis vuitton are never like this. This was meant to be a birthday present. Awful

Probably the worst purchase experience I鈥檝e ever encountered with a 鈥渄esigner鈥?brand company. I have called for almost a week in regards to the poor packaging of an item. The wallet came in a huge box honestly that a pot set can fit in and the packaging label would not identify it was from them. I ordered my spouse a wallet and chose a customized message for his bday. Among opening the enormous box there was a smaller box there was a smaller box inside that concealed the wallet. Still confused on what the item is, I open the smaller box to find a fendi wallet
Box and the wallet partially outside. No shopping bag, no customized letter and no appropriate receipt. I鈥檝e contacted the online customer service number and it鈥檚 been over week with an open case just for them to be able to send out the appropriate things that should鈥檝e have been included in the order. I am extremely disappointed. Gucci or LV would never. Please avoid.

After reading fellow shopper's bad experiences. I'd also like to share mine with the following few points to highlight:
1. Shipping is super slow, I ordered on the 18th Nov, only received my order on the 30 Nov. A whooping 12 days, 8 working days to be precise
2. Soon after I ordered, I realised I forgot to tick the gift box, so I contacted them via their online "contact us" Form to file a request to include FENDI signature packaging. I only received an automated acknowledgement email saying they have received my request a few day later but No one has come back to me o it ever since.
3. Surprise surprise, upon receiving my order on 30 Nov, my top was just wrapped in some flimsy white tissue, no Fendi packaging. However their website claims that "all orders will be packed in their signature Fendi box and placed in a discreet cardboard box". why lie??
4. So I contacted their customer services via phone on 30 Nov. A woman named Alice answered my call, she was friendly, and apologised for my disappointment and said she'll request to send a Fendi signature box to me
5. Today, on the 1st Dec, I received an email from their customer service team saying "Following internal verification, we kindly inform you that the Fendi yellow box is not included in the shipment of the fabric FF motif jumper (code: FZY702A5QGF118W) you selected. For this reason, we are unfortunately not able to ship a spare box to you." This answer clearly contradicts with what their website states. (I have saved a screen shot of their claim from website)
In a nutshell, Fendi is FAR behind other luxury retailers when it comes to shipping time, response to query and customer service. Given this is the first time I purchased from Fendi, despite that the top is beautifully made and I love it very much, but I firmly believe it'll be the last time I shop with Fendi.

Absolute scam! ordered a ring from there and it didn't fit properly therefore I needed to send it back. The returns online did not work and the contact number for customer service did not ring through. Have emailed them and still haven't had a response. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, will NEVER order from this place again.

Rating less than zero!!! Worst customer service ever encountered.

I returned a Fendi product (ordered through their online shop) through a tracked return. Unfrotunately, the parcel was lost by UPS. I sent Fendi proof of shipping and according to their general terms of sale, I was entitled to a full refund. However, no refund was issued for months and there was no update on the status of the parcel. I tried calling and e-mailing customer service. They were rude, unhelpful on the phone and simply did not reply to my e-mails. It's difficult to believe that this customer service comes from Fendi, which is a supposed luxury brand. To me, it felt like I was the victim of a scam! Only when my lawyer made a formal claim and I threathened with legal action, did I finally get my refund. Unbelievable!!! I will never buy another Fendi product!!!

I ordered a man鈥檚 sweater, and i received my order today, and I鈥檓 very disappointed with everything!!! First of all, the sweater that I ordered was sent all smashed and wrinkled! Omg! It looks like it just came out the garbage! Also, I requested the gift box, there was no gift box! I requested to add the card with short greeting message, I put the text in when I placed the order, but there was nothing! I鈥檓 very unpleased with their service! It鈥檚 very unprofessional!

Is there a rating less than zero, that is what they deserve. Placed a order on Saturday, my credit card was billed for the full amount. My order reads pending for 3 business days. Called customer service 646-952-8399, spoke with Diana, the most rude individual I have ever encountered. Keep talking above me, at which point I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she was the supervisor at which point I stressed I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She stated there was no one higher than her. So I questioned if she was the president of Fendi, because the presidents name is Joanna Dublin. Guess she didn't like that as she hung up on me. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I purchase a Fendi product.
The drama con't my package has been in the status of waiting to ship for 5 days now, with a tracking number. I got the actual Pres. office on the phone on Thurs1it was suppose to be overnighted to rec. on Friday per that offices direction. Guess what-nothing! They do not even do what their Pres, states to do. I called today and the RUDE customer service employee hung up when I asked her name!

I attended a private sale event this morning in London Oxford Circus and can say my experience was absolutely awful! One lady in particular was extremely rude. First she began shouting at me and making a scene that I sat down on a chair I 'wasn't supposed to be sitting on'. She was then looking over my shoulder as if I was going to steal something making me feel uncomfortable! During my time there she was raising her voice at other members of staff creating an unpleasant vibe. At the end, I politely asked for her name and she replied 'no' again in a rude manner. First and last time I will be shopping at Fendi.
