Very satisfied with experience in renting a summerhouse. Which was very well described before arriving. There was a need for additional communication as a chair broke during our stay, but we explained the situation to them and we didn't need to think about this anymore. Thanks for a good experience.

We had a lovely Christmas holiday in Tranek忙r, with 10 people and two dogs.
The place was nice, and everything just worked.
The last visitors hadn't cleaned the plates in the oven, so we had to do that, but everything else went as planned, and we can highly recommend Feriepartner Danmark.

We rented a vacation house for the summer holidays.
Overall we had a great vacation in a house meeting our expectations. There were a couple of things not as described/promished but that was fixed quickly and with a smile. We will use Feriepaetner Odsherred again!

Fantastisk ferie bureau. Har anvendt dem mere end ti gange, og hver gang har det v忙ret en fantastisk oplevelse. Rart personale; alt er altid minimum som lovet, og ofte bedre. Husene er altid godt klargjort til vores ophold, samt fint rengjort og taget sig godt af.

Fantastic vacation booking company. We have used them more than ten times, and every time it has been a great experience. Nice staff, everything is always at least what they promised, and often better. The houses are always well prepared for our stay and well cleaned and cared for.

We just came home from a week in Gudhjem, Bornholm, where we rented an apartment for 4 people managed by FeriePartner.

The two stars are for the location, which was really fantastic; and the apartment, which had a good size and a nice common area with two nice pools.

Having said that, our vacation started coming in a very, very dirty apartment. As we walked in the door and took our shoes off, all I could feel was sand and dust on the floor. All over the apartment. Then I saw a coffee mark on the shelf next to the TV. And dust. A lot of dust on all furniture. I thought that was really unpleasant. When we unfolded the sofa-bed to prepare the bed for the kids, more surprises: there was so much dust and food rests under the cushion that we decided to call FeriePartner. We took pictures of it all, and on the phone, after having explained the situation, the guy on the phone just said he could send someone to clean it for us. We declined, as we didn't want a stranger with us in the apartment and started our vacation cleaning it ourselves.

Besides the poor cleaning, the apartment really doesn't look like it's properly looked after at all. It's as if they take it for granted tourists will come anyway, so they just don't care about the state the apartment is in. The hair drier was greasy so I gave up using it. The vacuum cleaner was of the worst quality. The same applies for the sofa (luckily the ones sleeping there were small kids, heavier adults would have had a horrible sleeping experience) and the double bed in the sleeping room, as well as pillows and duvets. All felt cheap and bad. The cabinet where the vacuum cleaner was kept was terribly dirty, and there was an empty bottle of some cleaning spray. The shower curtain was also quite disgusting.

Both balconies were very dirty as well: there was a drying rack that was broken and rusty; a couple of dirty plastic chairs and one of them was broken. What is the use of a broken chair and how hard is it to replace it?!

All in all, a company I will not trust again to spend my money.

Hi Andreas, thank you for your reply – but offering to send someone to clean it on a Sunday afternoon is not optimal – do you agree? The apartment had to be in order PRIOR to our arrival.

The fact that you don't know about the poor state of the appliances and other things in the apartment just confirms that it is not looked after at all.

My husband just talked to Andreas on the phone. He really means they have done all they could, by offering to send someone Sunday to clean the apartment for us, while we were there – we don't think this is acceptable, and mean we were to be refunded for the cleaning fee. Andreas says this is not happening. Because our standards apaprently are a lot higher than Andreas, and our understanding of a great customer service is also very different from his, I decided they deserve not one single star. So here it is, my sole star goes to Gudhjem itself. The apartment we stayed in is zero stars worth.

The people behind the Vejlby Klit Feriepartner department are the heart and soul of this area – Vejlby Klit. I've been coming here my entire life and I've seen them build and fight for their enterprises and for the area as a whole. They have done wonders for this area and tirelessly work to improve it – and we're talking an area of Denmark that many have given up on. They're friendly, professional and they know and feel the area better than anyone.

Now, Vejbly Klit is an extremely peaceful are on the wild and gorgeous west-coast of Denmark, it's perfect if you're looking for a zen-filled vacation with nothing to distract you from relaxation but chirping birds and the sounds of crashing waves from the wild North Sea (don't come here for sunny beaches and swimming, though. The sea is too wild to expect that though you can get lucky). We live in Brussels today and our lives tend to be at a fairly high pace, out there we can breathe for a few weeks. It's a miraculous place if you're looking for serenity like we are.

Excellent service from Feriepartner. Good follow up before holiday. Clever key pick up box, no need to drive somewhere to get the key. House was as described – we had an excellent holiday. Can highly recommend Feriepartner ??

We (2 professionals from London and their daughter) rented a house in North Zealand through Feriepartner. The property was lovely, however, Feriepartner messed up our stay: we were instructed to pick up keys from their shop but on arrival were told there were no keys and we should have gone to the house directly (no email to that effect could ever be located). Although the house was beautiful, it was not very clean on arrival (dusty bathroom, dead beetles on the kitchen dishes). On departure we were then charged extra with a comment that the house had been left untidy. The woman who we dealt with seemed constantly annoyed and was very rude. When I complained about the cleaning charge, we were accused of having stolen a bird book from the house belonging to the owner. I don't think the property owner is aware what a terrible company is working for him. We are a wealthy couple, and of course we never stole that book… Unacceptable company and staff.

Even though the house we rented, was suddenly placed right next to a building site, Feriepartner informed us in due time, and offered a fair compensation. This prepared us, so we did not get annoyed over the 'neighbors' .
We stayed at a beautiful new house, with lots of room for five people.
Always friendly and serviceminded people working at Feriepartner.
Only thing missing is if they could fix the weather 🙂

We found a house that exceeded our expectations. The service by the office was flawless. And we got our depositum back as promised (after cleaning the house ourselves). We will recommend them for sure. —
Das Haus war besser als erwartet. Das B眉ro arbeitete einwandfrei. Und die Kaition wurde wie versprochen zur眉ckbezahlt, nachdem wir selbst die Schlussreinigung durchgef眉hrt hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Feriepartner Dannmark gave us the most lovely holiday with a splendid service totally in top. From the first reservation until start of our holiday we got a top service,and the summer house was just so perfect both regarding our exspertations and looks. We have had an very pleasent and enjoyful holiday in the absolut perfect surroundings.No problems at all and whoever in future wish to rent a summerhouse for vacation,we stand 100% behind Feriepartner Danmark,at reliable company when anyone wants to rent for a holiday.

Almost 6 weeks and I still cannot get my deposit re-paid. After 4 weeks I emailed the Liseleje branch with my danish bank details – received an email back saying the money could not be re -paid because they needed my bank Swift/IBAN details which I sent. It is now almost 6 weeks and now the Liselejke branch is not answering my emails. I have sent an email to the main office in Kbn. – but have not heard anything back from them either.Bad firm – DO NOT USE THEM !

We stayed only 1.5 days in a house from this company on Moen.
It was agreed we would clean the property, which we did satisfactorily. Leaving the accommodation in better state than when we found it. However they disputed this and decided to send 6 photos showing what they thought were enough proof that we had not cleaned. They are insisting on charging us the full cleaning rate of over 1000 DKK!
There were many things wrong on arrival; dirty windows, cobwebs in every room, no blinds in the bedrooms upstairs, broken toilet brush, unlocked patio door. Attempted to phone but only got answer phone.
Very disappointed with whole experience. No good feedback in email communication with administrator.
Extremely unhappy. Would not recommend this company. If I could rate no stars out of 5 I would!
