Covid emergency, nobody supposed to travel unless absolutely essential and these people still won鈥檛 issue a refund. First time in my life I鈥檝e booked a ferry. This was a once only trip x my 40th. I do not want or have any use for 鈥渢ravel credit鈥? I demand my money back!!!

QUICK AND EASY

We feel we were miss lead by the price. The price given here is for economy which is the same on Stena Lines Site. WE would prefer to travel flexi which gives the option for multiple changes without extra changes.

With Ferry on Line ticket every change will cost us 鈧?0 Euro which may cost us a lot more than the Flexi ticket HMMMMMMMMMM
