Very easy to place an order on their website, lots of items in purchase choices. I did forget to use my discount coupon, and when I contacted them about it, Tiffany made an adjustment to my order for pricing. Very cordial of them to take care of that for me. Really enjoy doing business with a company like this. I will be back to purchase in the future.

After I ordered a product they then said it was out of stock. I should not have been able to order something that was out of stock.

I'm going on my second pack as I bought the medium while my dog was still growing & now getting the large. I purchased it for long walks/hikes – but it's also been super useful for carrying her in the airport before boarding. People are pretty amazed seeing the dog in the backpack. I've tried several other packs & this is by far the best made & sturdiest. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a dog tent for my husky Grizzly and was surprised to find it at Fetcher Bay! Just what he needs this winter in the colorado mountains.

I purchased the front lead harness for my little "tugger". I can't believe the difference in his behavior. He walks like a little gentleman . . no more obnoxious pulling. Now we both really enjoy our daily walks.

The dog backpack I purchased is very poorly made. It came with strings coming out of the seams and the zipper is broken. We had an older version of this bag and wanted the newer version but are very disappointed with the quality of this bag.

The quality of this backpack is excellent. I have not used it yet but the dog does not mind going in it at all.

We used the backpack for our dog once and the zipper came off so we cannot zip it anymore. Very disappointed since it was not cheap.
