If only their customer service, communication and integrity were as impressive as their beautiful plants. Sometimes they'll send plants in a timely fashion, sometimes they won't, and getting a word of sense from them is near impossible (even before the lockdown). After almost 3 months of being led a merry dance over a plant that never arrived, I just gave up and requested a refund, which they did quickly but with no apology, no explanation, nothing. The lady running this nursery literally doesn't know what day it is. 3-months waiting for a plant is just unacceptable, yet they made me feel like a nuisance for asking. One of the rudest companies I have ever dealt with and shall never do so again.
