Fidea.be the insurance company that I have for 20 years and have paid the insurance on time and now I need to claim for a water burst pipe in the basement and they point blank refuse to respond to me or my bank agent. The situation happened in April 2020 and its now November 2020. My bank agent has tried to contact them, mailing, calling and without progress. I have tried to contact them and they do not seem to be bothered. This insurance company in ANTWERP is one of the most useless insurance company I have come across.
