Challenge rules are fair and to be honest really good. BUT they had lots of problems with IC broker demo server going down where one loses time and profits. To fix this they only offer in the beginning one to restart challenge meaning the profits one has made would all be gone and one has to redo everything wasting once time and trades. Didn't want to restart challenge wasting profits so closed all trades and ask for refund as challenge was unfair.
They informed me with the refund policy: The client has the right to cancel the ordered services within 14 days of purchasing the services (Fidelcrest Trading Challenge). The client is aware and agrees that this does not apply after starting to use the services, meaning opening the 铿乺st trade on the allocated Challenge account. Meaning they where not going to refund me as it wasn't there fault servers go down and like i should know servers go down and i should be aware of this risk when accepting a trading challenge. Who knows this and accepts this?
But finally after some talks i was offered a new server with a new broker and kept my profits so i could keep going with the challenge i started. So we found together a fair solution and that is a big step forwards. Normal i wouldn't give a review before challenge has ended. So i will keep this one updated and as things moves along rating will grow hopefully as long as its fair game and no problems.

Good challenge and rules. Sadly margin rules has to be watch careful. Support can be really helpful and i would give them a 5 star but theirs still some things they could improve until that 5 star. Will keep this updated.

Been with Fidelcrest for a while and following along. It's nice they have made changes from what it was earlier this year. Currently trading a $100K challenge account.

The rules are stricter than other prop firms but easier to pass with the single step challenge. Much better trading conditions now that they removed a lot of pointless rules from before. Updates to the site and tools are helpful especially the new margin calculator link.

TOU differents from what they write and from what they tell on chat. I loss a challenge and I was again open to a new challenge, but in chat with customer care I found differents terms also confirmed from the customer support that telling the terms will be updated. I delete my challenge.

I really thought these reviews was wrong….but no this company will make rules vague to make sure they get your fees……also when you pass they will make an excuse on why you failed just to keep your fee…..Even when you have a website of there's and email stating you are correct they wont honor it…..Now i get a new email where they have changed the rules again….they do this every month seems like to make sure they can say GOT YOU just to keep the fees!!! i have email proof of them admitting the mistakes but still refuse to honor it or make it completely right. This company is a scam!!! please listen to the other reviews from this and about this company!!! if anyone wants email proof of anything i'm saying i'll definitely share it and you be the judge

Failed 2 $10K challenges because of the Margin rule. Decided to go with the 50k aggressive to be a bit more flexible with the trades and used a online margin calculator to pass.

Hello People , Today I am sharing my update with the Prop Firm :(" Fidelcrest").

My Journey with them has finally came to an end , as I am fortunate they showed their true colour in the beginning phase .

So in my second month of my Trading with them on a 10k$ agressive account , I made a gains of 21% thats about 2100$ .
So the company got really excited to have me as a trader ,and they proceeded with me for a interview and it was done .

Also they asked me if "I would like to have the Daily Closing of trades removed " as they wanted me to increase the productivity of my trading which they did .

So after 2 weeks (their processing is very slow and waste a lot of time) . It Was finally the time to "Withdrawal".

Now at the day when I was supposed to be paid , I received an Email stating " I failed the challenge as I opened a single trade during a news event"

I was like wow馃樀, I checked the date of violation , and saw it was "Before the Interview" .

So what did they want ? They used my interview to have some good PR for the company , and then decided me to kick out as I made amazing gains??? 馃槀 Wow like seriously .

So Then I reached out to them on Email , (as my direct line of communication).

I told them " Give me my withdrawal , and instead of removing the daily closing rule for me , remove the news event rule for once , as a professional courtesy" .

Later , I received a response " We would deny the withdrawal ,but you will be able to continue trading on the funded account" .

My response to that" I cannot really trust a company who doesn't pays , as if this was a case with other Legit Proprietary fund like FTMO , they would still pay the profits even in case there is a violation" .
And they kept on saying I violated a rule .

My final verdict is " Never ever Fall for this company , they will not be able to pay you if you make good returns , and would use you for their PR and marketing and then kick you" .

Share this to anyone who is willing to apply there.

Thanks for reading my review .

This is my second attempt to help this company to do the right thing for it's Traders, the first one did not get POSTED as I thought would be the case. After finally finding a strategy to get funded, I found out that it was not offered on the funded account and I was not told that on the front end. Why would they bite the hand that feeds them, maybe they are limited on Investor's or they just go for the Fees.

After my experience, I went looking for success stories and found it with their competitors. I have signed up with one of them.
This company reminds me of a Trucking company that I worked for. They would tell the Driver's something to get them to sign up and then do something else. Always chasing what they already had. Bottom line is, start being honest, fair and the Trader's will make you a lot of money.

The first time I signed with the default setting of the-aggressive strategy- my mistake I agree. As I had throughly read their crazy terms and conditions, I choose not to place a trade so I could get a refund. They said I could not have a refund. After, I pointed out that it was in their terms and I would proceed with a chargeback they then agreed to refund me!

I then signed up again and failed because of the max margin. I thought it was my fault. So I paid again and it happened again, this time I complained with screenshots and the company admitted there was in-fact an issue with their tracking system!

Clearly not a trusted outfit like Topstep or FTMO.

1. After reading the reply from Fidelcrest, they brought up the point of me signing up with different emails, this has nothing to do with my issues. I have screenshot of the support ticket clearly saying I couldn't get a refund, when their terms clearly say they do. Kind of ironic considering they are expecting clients to read their terms.

2. I have an email clearly showing the error was on their end, even though they have not acknowledged this publically.

Finally, as other users have reported they are clearly making the terms ambiguous to catch users out. For example they say to use a SL they do not make it clear you can't just add a trade and then add a SL, you must do it at the same time otherwise you fail.

I signed up to Fidelcrest email list a while back but didn't actually jump into the Challenge. Received a discount code 2 weeks ago, and decided to give it a shot. The biggest difference between Fidelcrest and other prop firms is watching your margin. All the other requirements are very reasonable and a bit more relaxed. Trading 2-4 lots at a time on the $100K account is not a problem. They removed the TP requirement but kept the SL…which everyone should be using either way. Obviously this company needs to make their money as well..so bottom line…they're looking for serious traders who treat this as a investment and NOT gambling. If you're disciplined…this is not a problem. Nothing to complain about with them.

They will make some stupid excuse like your trades didn't have Take Profit in place, although all my trades had Stoplosses but they don't care. I asked them how does it matter when I close every trade before 5 pm EST. No valid reason given, just silence. There main intention is to take your money and never give you funded account. It seems if I put a Take Profit 500 pips away from current price, it would have been valid but if I don't put anything, its invalid. They will find one or the other reason to fail your challenge. I achieved my target of 5% in 19 days with 17 positive days, max daily draw down less than 1% and margin always below 9%. I am going to FTMO, as there are many positive reviews about them.

Fidelcrest managers, Just to let you know that I cleared the FTMO challenge today on a 100k account (thats the max they offer to start with). It further shows that you people are not really looking for talented traders but are only looking for subscription fees.

Stay away from them , I used an ea to trade and stayed under margin rule and hit take profit and I was still failed . Use a different trading firm they鈥檒l fail you.

Stay away from these scammers. I ordered 2 aggressive micro challenges 2.5 K and 5 K. I achieved the profit target (10%) with max DD of 4 % and 2 % respectively. I achieved the minimum positive trading days and also maximum margin used during the trading duration was less than 20 % (One of their BS Rules).
I emailed them to check my accounts. After waiting one week they sent an email telling me that I failed the challenges because I did not use SL on all trades as per the terms. Despite they did not mention that not adding SL will make you fail the challenge. They only said in their terms that it is required. I replied that I don't care about SL as I protect my accounts' equity with an EA. Moreover SL was not placed in only 1 from around 130 trades. The other account 1 from 70 trades. They did not notify me during trading days. They recently increased their Max loss to 30 %. It seems these people rely only on failing challenges by adding BS rules and want to attract gamblers and not good traders.
Don't waste your time with these scammers.

Update 1: As you see they replied to my review and asked me to contact them despite we were having an email conversation for 1 week regarding this issue. I again sent them an email to figure out if they may found a solution for this as they replied here. But no answer so far.

Hi,
I have been trading on their professional funded account since March. And what I can say, is Fidelcrest paid my commission and it was fast. No complaint here.
I have done more than 5 or 6 challenges before succeeding. The rules are tight, its true, but that makes you a better trader. Because I'm using my EA to do mostly the work, I had to modify a bunch of things to make sure the EA will be able to make money with those rules in the long run.

The only thing I will complain here, is the new rules about low, medium or aggressive strategy. Rules are tighter than what I had in the past to succeed the challenge. I'm not saying its impossible but its a little bit harder than before.

Since, the virus crisis. They offer me a different agreement until the virus situation is gone. So, I have paused my trading, because I know my EA won't be able to respect the new rules during this period. I will start trading my professional funded account again when the virus situation will calm down and trade with my old agreement.

Other than that, I will say they have a great service and respect their traders. I wish I can trade during this crisis because my EA usually makes more on volatile market, but I do understand their concern with high volatility.

I can't wait to trade my professional funded account again.

Thank You Fidelcrest.
Burny

It is scam. They are so desperate for a victim they even offered me a 70% discount. No thanks! Don't believe what these guys say. Stay away!!! The positive reviews here are probably from employees. Beware!

They say they fund you but actual funding is only 2% of what is advertised. Funding amount is false because of Margin limit. This is classified as fraud.

You have been warned!

Now I need to figure out how to stop receiving special offers from these scammers! Just think, a real prop firm won't offer you 70% discount. Means they are hungry and needed some desperate victim. Don't be one of that.

I'm trading for a while and i came across this platform looking on google . They had some 50% discount so i joined a 25K Agrressive strategy . Failled because my margin usage . Didn't quite understand why was that . They guy from support told me that i went beyond 10% of margin usage even if i had a tight SL and using only 1.5% of my equity . Anyway lost the challenge . But i'm not a quitter so i joined for a second one . Lost it again . 3rd – SAME . Their rules are meant to take your money . Even if you use stop losses and apply for an aggresive strategy like me….which allows you to use 10% of your equity ,… which is alot …to be honest …they will still fail you at some point with the explanation that you went beyond your margin usage permitted and your SL is irrelevant . First time in my trading experience when i hear that the stop loss is irrelevant . My opinion – IS A SCAM !!!

When I saw the main condition at fidelcrest is exactly what I have been seeking for long time, so no hesitation at all. I really like their ideal with the medium risk strategy which make us easier to pass the challenge. Customer Support was there by my side at all times. For those of you still in doubt, why don鈥檛 you just try the challenge as you just need to pass once to get funded. .l have made up my mind to accept the challege!

FIDELCREST IS SCAM: To people that havent figured it out yet. They say they fund you for example $10,000 if you pass. But most dont read all the rules. Written in another page, account for agressive you are limited to10% margin use. Meaning real funding is $1,000 not $10,000. (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND A SCAM) This rule is in another link which is easy for you to miss. (THEY WANT YOU TO MISS THIS RULE THEN BLAME YOU LATER FOR NOT READING ALL THE RULE) With this rule alone it will be easy for you to over size on a lot size which will fail you. Much worst is the non agressive profit target 2.5%. With this one margin limit is 2% so on a $25,000 account real funding is $500 not $25,000.

And heres another kicker. Price for a non agressive account right now is $499. Figured it out yet? With this one they make you fund your own account and if for some miracle you pass they have the thick face of taking 60% profit the first month then the gullible gets a pat in the back. (THEY WANT TO COOK YOU USING YOUR OWN OIL AND STEAL SOME IN BETWEEN)

ITS A SCAM GUYS STAY AWAY!!!!

If they fund you for just $1,000 or $2,500. Why bother paying for the challenge? Just deposit that money to your forex broker. This challenge does not make sense. Stop feeding the scammer read all the rule carefully.

Oh and to Fidelcrest that might reply. I'm not here for no reason. I am here to expose your SCAM!!! Do your best to defend your scam operations. After all that is what scammers do.

To the traders out there thinking of trying the challenge. You did a good job of going here first before you jumped in. Heed my advice. DONT TAKE THE CHALLENGE!
