They kept in constant communication with
us and always took my calls if I had a question. During this unprecedented time,
there was a slow down at the border with processing of about 4 days, but this is understandable with all the problems the coronavirus has caused brought. Thanks to Kim and staff for all your help! Stay safe!

I don't know how to put it in a word or whih is the right word to thank to The Fidelity Auto Shipping.
Put yourself in my shoes, you definitely know how many stars the company earns for their business.
My husband was transferred by air ambulance from Orlando to Toronto; and we must bring our car back home as soon as possible.
Placing the order to our car arriving home just only 4 days. If you have the Questions, you get the Answers right away (by email in my case) and friendly.
The last wonderful part was the driver who brought my car back. At the time he came where to drop off my car, I was in the hospital with my husband, 15' to take me there, so I could not make it on time. He did drive my car to pick up me at the hospital and drop me home. So, tell me what the right word I should put in this review…
So many thank to Odayly U., Demissa R. and Lawrence….

LONG REVIEW: I did a lot of research before coming to the conclusion that there is too much conflicting information to find reliable information on auto shipping.
INITIAL RESEARCH: REVIEWS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE FOR ALL AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANIES. My guess from all of the mixed reviews is that once everything gets set up, the delivery part is really up to the driver, so that part is a total crapshoot. If the driver screws up, ultimately you've got an issue with the driver (though Fidelity or whatever company you use will try to help out), and, based on reviews for ALL COMPANIES, this seems to happen somewhat frequently and seems like it would be very frustrating. Also, I think competition is tight and there may be some false good reviews and false bad reviews. A lot of web sites are sponsored by various shipping companies and (surprise) those web sites have great ratings for their sponsors; however, when you crosscheck BBB/Google/Yelp, etc., the reviews are all generally bad – FOR EVERY COMPANY. So what did I do? I went with the best bid, which happened to be Fidelity. Don't get me wrong, had I been able to distinguish an outstanding company I would have happily paid a premium for the peace of mind; however, there just was too much conflicting data and I thought, well, if I'm going to get screwed, I might as well spend as little as possible doing so.
HERE IS HOW AUTO TRANSPORT WORKS (to the best of my understanding): The shipping companies are the middle man between you and the person that picks up your car. The person that picks up your car could have an 18-wheeler (I assume); could be a pickup with a trailer (what happened for me); probably could be some other option too. The shipping companies charge a fee for setting it up. For Fidelity, the fee was $150 (it was cheapest fee by $50-100). Then you pay the driver the remainder (in cash or by money order). (This seemed very sketchy to me, but it's just how it's done). You can get all sorts of additional options for additional $ (e.g., transport in a closed carrier); but I just went for the "whatever you want to do to get it here" option. The only difference (as far as I could tell) between the companies you choose from is how much of a fee THEY are paid upfront – in other words, what premium you're paying them to be the middle man NOT the driver. The payout to the driver was consistent with every quote I received (I think I got six quotes total).
HERE'S MY EXPERIENCE WITH FIDELITY: I had my car shipped from Florida to Pennsylvania and the cost was $750, with $150 going to Fidelity and $600 going to the driver. Fidelity called me a couple of days ahead of time and stated that the driver wanted $50 (paid to Fidelity) for a fuel surcharge and $550 when he delivered. I paid the $50 and thought it was a little sketchy, but it turns out that it really wasn't – I think this is pretty standard practice.
The driver was supposed to pick it up, AT THE LATEST, on July 3. On the 2nd, I called my friend who was letting me keep it in front of her house and she said that my car was still there. I called Fidelity and they said the car was en route and would be delivered later that day. When I informed Fidelity that the car was still in Florida, they called the driver and then informed me that it would be picked up the night of the 2nd and delivered on the 3rd. At this point, I'm thinking I've made a mistake… I had made the drive a couple of days before and it's a solid 14 hour drive, so I'm thinking there's no way this guy is going to deliver it on the 3rd. Sure enough, on the 3rd the driver calls up and asks if it can be delivered on the 4th because by law he isn't allowed to drive any more and has to take a break. I said that's fine and he ended up meeting me early on the 4th. I paid him and he was super friendly and professional. No hiccups or any issues.
Interestingly it seemed like it was just a husband and wife company. He just had a truck and trailer with two cars (mine and another) and she was his passenger and handled the logistics.
Bottom line, I didn't really care when my car was delivered so I was fine about the timing. I'm giving four stars instead of five because it was late and could have been frustrating (but I was fine with it). If I had needed it, I think you'd be reading a one star review; however, I didn't and I was happy and everything went pretty smoothly.

But, even worse, on delivery the driver removed my vehicle from the spot closest the truck and it smelled horribly of exhaust. A month later the car still has faint whiffs of engine exhaust which smells like cigarette smoke.

I don't know if they're all this bad, but after working with this company, I pray to never have to use an Auto Transport company in the future.

Both trips had their logistics issues on my side and on every turn the personnel from Fidelity would help me out and solve it.
They follow up and do the best to get you exactly what you need and when you need it.
Definitely will recommend it and contract again.

True to my neighbors word Fidelity came through with my request. I thought they were priced fairly and they met my agreed upon schedule. The vehicle arrived on time and in perfect order.
