I have been trying to get a hold of a representative. All I get when I call numerous Fidelity phone numbers is put on hold. I don't have the time to sit on hold for these long times. And I am too important for this crap. They should hire new people to cover these wait times. Because of their terrible no-show customer service I moved $500,000 to another broker. Now I will remove the rest of my funds to another broker. Guess they don't mind losing customers and money. What a joke.

My employer Advent Health just switched from A Light Financial to Fidelity and it's been a disaster! Fidelity's customer service is by far the WORST I've ever experienced in my life and I'm being very serious. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating! I have 2 phone screen shots of being on hold over 2 HOURS each this week. When an associate finally picks up they claim they need to transfer me to someone else and they will gladly stay on the line and wait with me. Not true! They put me on hold again and the process starts all over. I manage my own 401 and 403 Brokerage Accounts and had amazing service with A Light Financial before the switch to Fidelity. Tomorrow I will have to drive across town to have my questions answered and my account unlocked at as Fidelity branch office. It's the only way I know how to resolve my issues. Their Virtual Assistant and live Chat features on their web page are completely useless. Same thing with requesting an E-mail response. I might as well try and ask the same questions to my dog. I would estimate that I have lost $26,000 so far by not being able to unlock my Brokerage account this week! Seriously

On Thursday I transferred money to Fidelity Investment they told me that they won't margin for my buying until Friday.
Today they told me they will have to hold my money until Monday.
It's not a trust investment company to invest with. What U have read about Fidelity Investment customer reviews 100% Truth. STOP! Don't invest with Fidelity. Today is Monday they told they are not gonna margin my account for the money transferred last week. Today I have transferred more money and they won't let me buy even buying with own cash. I in process of fix this problem. STOP! Fidelity is not a recommend company for investment. These 5 stars rating may come from its employee.

Absolutely terrible company. They are SO incompetent. I deposited money, which i instructed customer service that it would take a few days and if it's ok. They said yes .Then I come to find out I am banned from Fidelity? I was going to transfer 100k to use for margin trading into the account, but it's their loss. TD Ameritrade has SO much more integrity than these clowns.

Do not use Fidelity to manage your money when they have the worst website and mobile app platform that does not work. Instructions for rollovers is not simple and is very misleading. Customer service is non existent when dealing with funds. Transactions are not moved electronically but with the slow US postal service by check only. Very archaic way of operating. No communication with it鈥檚 customers.

Opened an account recently to part ways with another bank only to hit the brakes hard and get whiplash regarding hidden information. Finding out the hard way that the ETF funding of my Fidelity Cash Management account was taking a full 5-7 business days to completely transfer! Had I known this up front I would have left more cash on hand at the other bank. Living on monthly disability payments is hard enough without having a financial institution hijack your funds. As was explained to me, the longer delay in processing is because I am a new client and thus after a few more transactions, it should only take 1-3 business days for future cash transfers. Like my access to my funds, this relationship is on standby with possible divorce.

On the 5th of August, I lost a huge sum of money to this trading platform. I was certain the issue wasn鈥檛 from my end because I had ensured setting my stop loss before I placed the trade. But, when I woke up the following day, I discovered my trade had exceeded 鈥淪top loss鈥?and all my money was gone. Immediately, I wrote to the support team and they confirmed they couldn鈥檛 do anything about it. I was only luck to have taken the screenshots of all my activities and I sent it to Brucespecter (at) aol com as my report. They investigated the matter and after two weeks, I was repaid all my lost funds.

Not a good service. I was disappointed with this. its more like throwing money away. I started with 15,000 and only got 6,000 from investment. how is this not sad. i Got the money back anyway investing the 5,000 out loss I got from this and I made 32,000 and still counting through ericmason fx. google it and get good passive income.

Trying to get funds left by relative in Fidelity account (not very much). I am the Administrator for relative. I never knew it was this hard to get them to even answer the phone. Reminds me of the cable company – if you want new service, magically there are all these representatives to help, but if you want to cancel – "please hold". It's been several weeks. Today, I got the "that is handled in another department" answer, "please hold".

I agree 100% with the below bad revi I lost an incredible amount of money in one month to this company, they keep giving me silly excuses on how their hands where tied and cant do anything, thanks to intraresource.com amazing team, they help me filed a complaint against them and i got all my money back in less than a week. They help me recovered all my lost money back from this company.

I would give NEGATIVE stars if possible.
Set limit to sell a stock and that limit was achieved BUT never filled. Called Fidelity and got passed around to supervisors who had nothing but excuses. Looking for a different company and telling my story to whoever will listen.

Fidelity is great when your money is just sitting around but if your active and the market gets busy the system lets you down. The system is slow (cause you to loose money), it takes the system forever to update your positions (you cant count your money) and now I cant trade at all (trying to get out of position, stock is down 2.3% while on hold). Been on hold 56 mins and counting. Come on Fidelity your suppose to be the best!

The company can't handle complicated transactions only simple deposits and charges. After several attempts and many hours on phone waiting asked for rep to put in a ticket and call me back but was refused. The worthless manager JIM couldn't do anything. He must sit in his chair with his thumb up his A$$ all night spinning in circles. He read directly from the manual and told me to call back in during business hours. Told him that the department he wants me to call never answers! 3 Weeks of calling different hours of different days. Over 25 hours waiting on hold and still no results while FIDELITY charges me for a account I want rolled over to an IRA.

On hold for more than 40 minutes, being transferred between 4-5 people in between being on hold! Terrible, terrible experience. And then, the person that "helped" me sent me online to do the forms. Keeping her on the phone, I went to the specific website (which could not be found VIA the fidelity website!) and confirmed that I was in the correct place.

She assured me I was so I hung up. Only to find out that the form is not what I needed!! Please tell me who else I can use. Fidelity may have great reviews from "professionals" but in real life, they are horrible.
