I have always found my interactions with Fidelity to be professional and prompt. On the rare occasion when I had to call with a question, I was met with friendly and professional advice. I am quite satisfied with the service I have received from fidelity.

Poor service

We were misled by the representative. Your company is not apart of the company that I thought I was talking with, and your agent assured me we were talking with a partner of that company. When I was speaking with the person from CMFG Life Insurance Company, I was informed the Fidelity Life Association was NOT one of the Life insurance companies they are affiliated with. I feel you took advantage of me and mislead me telling me you were affiliated with CMFG Life Insurance Company.

I talked to the agent and they helped me pick a plan that for my situation.

Everyone that I spoke to was incredibly helpful and polite. Also help me understand what plan was best for me.

Super easy to get new life insurance policies in place. Great rates too! My wife and I travel frequently in our own airplane. It's not easy (or cheap) to find a policy that does not exclude general aviation participation. Fidelity Life met our needs. Thanks!

Today, l called fidelity life at 800-369-3990 to find out about a credit to my account.
The front desk transferred me to someone that can look into the issues.
She hung up on me.
That is very rude of her.
So, l called back the person that picked yelled at me on the phone.
This is very unacceptable and unprofessional.
I will not conduct this kind of behavior.
It is my insurance and I am paying for it.
If this is not addressed I will cancel my insurance with Fidelity life.
This Fidelity life employees are very ignorant.

Fidelity life needs to train their employees to respect their customers.

I called the numbers on the forms it said to call and they say they didn't send me the docusign and they have no idea how to help me

well after talking to the sales agent at efinancial we havnt gotten anything in the mail.no emails or anything at all.we cant log onto the web site either.were in the dark here about the policy. thanks

The young man I spoke with really sold me on my insurance that day.. he was so informative and pleasant.. I called just to get an estimate and learn of the different types of policies.. I felt so assured that I bought one from that dear boy!
