Fido's Fences

I would give zero stars if I could. System malfunctions. Our dog has gotten out of the yard 8 times in the past 6 months because of problems with the transmitter or because they didn't send batteries when they were supposed to. Horrible customer service, and the management could care less about the issues. Stay away!!!

So unhappy with my fence. I called to let them know and not one person seemed to care. The gentleman didn't even show up for our appointment on time to discuss what to do and then sent me an invoice for over $300 to "fix" it. My consult never explained how restricted the area would be and my pup can't even run around because she is getting the warning to close to the middle of the yard. Very poor customer service on so many levels. I should have done better research and read reviews.

I cannot get a fence where I live so this serves the purpose.(HOA) My dogs got 1 shock and never went near it again. They have never got out. We love it

Great fence….does the job!

Fido fence works very well. But my dogs are afraid to go in the yard. But if they see a rabbit it鈥檚 full force through the fence and that鈥檚 my fault for not having the collar higher Otherwise. I don鈥檛 have to worry anymore about them running in the street

Easy install. Tech doing job was professional and took his time explaining how everything worked. Trained the dog and have had no issues with any part of the installation. Dog has not left the yard since Fido was installed.
Office was easy to deal with…purchase and instal was professional
