Do not order any fresh flowers from this company. They are getting their flowers from Ecuador. You will never get anything fresh or on time. We ordered fresh flowers earlier May for a birthday, We received it after 5 days, dead flowers. They promised a full refund, we will see about that yet. They never tell you that the flowers are coming from Ecuador. It is impossible to get anything fresh from Ecuador to the USA. It was a total failure and disappointment. We will never ever use their services again. However, we learned our lesson, from now on before purchasing we will ask where the flowers are coming from.

I recieved roses from my son for Mother's Day. I was so excited until I opened the box. The flowers were to be all one color, for one large centerpiece. I received two different colors, but the worst part was most of the outside pedals had turned yellow and ugly and the greenery was smashed and broken. I would absolutely never recommend this company. I felt bad having to tell my son and send him pictures because I knew he would be so disappointed.

I paid $125 for flowers which were poorly packed and the flowers arrived smashed. Customer service told me that they often arrived "smushed" and to put them in water to "perk them up" and asked me to put them in a cooler…I'm a consumer, not a florist. I don't have a cooler. I bought then to put the in a vase. After sending customer service many pics of how most of the flowers were smushed over 24 hours, they replied that I ordered a delicate flower and absolutely refused to give me any remedy. I asked for a partial or full refund and they refused. I spent $125 on junk. Terrible, unethical, company. Don't order from them!!!

We ordered seven large centerpieces for the guest dinner tables at my father's 90th birthday party plus a large sunflower centerpiece.

I tried to obtain some help via the online chat twice before ordering. Abysmal service. Avoid.

Flowers arrived on time via FedEx and were nicely packaged but there were some damaged flowers, some browned ones/leaves that were never resurrected and some very short-stemmed flowers that were too short – even after all other flowers were trimmed twice – to get into the vase.

In the end, I had to go to a local florist wholesaler and augment the arrangements with additionally purchased flowers to get them to the place where I thought they should have been originally.

I ordered 100 sunflowers and daisy for an outdoor backyard concert party. At least 10 of the sunflowers had the flower broken off. The rest looked so wilted, small and sad that I did not even use them. I threw them out! Ridiculous!

My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday for a Friday wedding but was delayed 1 day from Fedex. When my order arrived my flowers were wilted. I read and followed the directions from the website so I thought they would perk up. On the day of the wedding I put them outside as directed by the website so they would open up. Unfortunately by the wedding they were wilted and droopy. We used a florist for the rest of the flowers and her flowers were beautiful. The florist arranged the flowers I purchased from FiftyFlowers.com but they looked pitiful. I sent FiftyFlowers.com a picture and all they said was did you follow the directions, did you put them in 4 inches of water, they look too crowded and they're in the sun. I know how to follow directions. The 100% satisfaction is only when you receive the order and you contact them within 24 hours. So I ended up throwing the flowers out after the wedding. I won't be ordering from them again.

I absolutely loved using FiftyFlowers!! I ordered almost $2k worth of flowers & greenery for my wedding which I used to create my own floral table centerpieces, my bouquet and the arch floral spray. It all turned out so beautifully!! I think the only thing I鈥檇 recommend is perhaps getting them 2 days in advance (& not 3 that they often recommend for some flowers). Then of course there were certain flowers that held up much better & were overall more beautiful & vibrant, but that had to do with flower varieties & not with FiftyFlowers themselves. The customer service was impeccable. I received check in calls and texts along all steps to insure everything was as I ordered & wanted. FiftyFlowers also gives free shipping, which is NOT cheap as I got a ton of peonies flown in from Holland. I couldn鈥檛 be happier with my experience!! If you have the time & desire to DYI flowers I鈥檇 wholeheartedly recommend using FiftyFlowers

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered flowers a month in advance for my baby shower and they sent me wrong color a few days before event! They didn't have anything similar in color they could ship on time and when I explained that I would now have to change the whole centerpiece because they couldn't replace the color I needed they told me they would not refund me. Or send me replacements in colors I needed. So I had to scramble days before my baby shower to find flowers from local florist and pay much more for flowers in addition to losing 200.00 i paid for flowers with them. They also force you to get flowers earlier than you need and ship days before they arrive. So your flowers are cut 7+ days before your event! Than the did replace one flower( in a completely different color forcing me to change all colors of centerpieces two days before!) and sent me flowers of lesser value and didn't bother to credit different until I demanded a refund for difference.

I have used Fifty Flowers on more than a dozen occasions and have been 100% satisfied with every order. I live in a rural area and was always impressed with their recommendations, fresh flower quality, timely delivery, and their professional follow up. I never hesitate to call Fifty Flowers for my fresh flower needs.

Eek! Methinks not.

I spent about $400 on table flowers for my wedding. Blue thistle, blush spray roses, Queen Anne's lace, and dusty miller.

Dusty miller was supposed to come 2 days before my wedding, was delayed until the day before, making me miss part of my rehearsal barbecue to wait for it at my house since we were getting married out of town. Once it came, tried hydrating according to the directions, but didn't have time to get the life back into it, so over half was unusable and looked like droopy lettuce. 50 flowers did not refund because apparently you have to be there on your wedding day to complain and take pictures of everything, and I only had pictures of vases with droopy dusty miller in them. I was too busy to be able to get what they needed, which was the entire group of droopy dusty miller, because of course it was my wedding day and I was busy. I didn't read the fine print, so no apology, no refund or partial refund..

The queen Anne's lace never bloomed, and the stems came some fluorescent green color, and I had to throw away the whole batch. They told me basically sorry not sorry because some batches are going to look different than others, even if I had pictures of those. It was crazy the horrible quality of this flower compared to the bouquet I got from my florist for me and my bridesmaids.

The blue thistle and spray roses were gorgeous. But I ended up paying $400 to only have those on my tables. Every other vendor I had on my day went above and beyond, 50 flowers I wholeheartedly regret choosing over sams club. If you pick them, please proceed with caution. No refund, no apologies for messing up with the late shipment, acted like I should thank them for overnighting unusable flowers.

When placing the order for Peonies, for my daughters October 8th wedding, I stressed that I only wanted Peonies. They assured me Peonies would be available. I might have to be flexible on the color, blush, pink or evan white. I told them this was fine but I did not want to substitute any other flower. "Oh no, we will not have to substitute". I get a call today, one week before the wedding informing me that Peonies are not available the first couple weeks of October and would garden roses be ok? No. garden roses are not ok! Why did you tell me Peonies were available all of October back in August when I ordered? I really feel like they planned to do this all along and just assumed I would take the garden roses now that we are on,y a week away from the wedding. Not good service at all!!

I have never order from fifty flowers, nor have I ordered peonies. They arrive and I immediately removed from box and placed in water. They look sick upon arrival, but not having any experience with peonies thought maybe they'd bounce back, no. Being in the middle of preparing for a large shower, I didn't realize I was suppose to contact them with in 24 hours. I also was still hopeful some of the tight blooms would still open. They did not. I spent over $100 on these, went in the trash! I have ordered from numerous floral sites, never had this experience ever. Granted, I should have read the policy, I should have sent pic sooner, but I guess I was thinking I was dealing with a company with integrity. No the case. They offered me a $30 off next purchase, are you getting me? How about reimbursement or even half? The flowers were NOT used and ended up in trash. Things happen, to me it's how a business handles them!

I luckily didn't see these reviews until after my fifty flowers experience! JeezeI think the reviewer below with all the lies is overstretching lol! BRIDEZILLA.
I don't normally leave reviews, but after reading that, I think I well share my experience so maybe I can help a fellow bride!

I did my research, I called them, chatted with them on the website read all the guarantees. I was such a nervous bride! The staff was super helpful, occasionally there was a bit of a language barrier, but I'm no xenophobe so I'm OK with that…haha the people were knowledgeable and made it clear that as long as I flowers there directions and suggestions they would name sure everything was perfect.

After I placed my order, they called and suggested I have the flowers delivered a day earlier in case there was something wrong. Totally up front about the possibility that flowers are PERISHABLE! Haha, so I agreed. When I received my flowers, I got a call-but it was automated-I don't remeber anyone telling me a person would call, so receiving an automated message is fine- the message told me how to take care of the flowers, I jUst hung up. I only mention it because of that crazy ladies comment below. one of my flower choices was a Different shade of pink than I anticipated. I was freaking out at first. I'm not going to lie. I called in and the lady I spoke with was so calm and friendly. She did have me send in pics, because seriously, why wouldn't they require to see the flowers before offering me anything! The lady sent me a text while I was on the phone, all I had to do was reply with a couple pics of them and then she called me immediately. She agreed the flowers were a different color than I ordered and apologized, she had already found me replacement flowers and placed a free order for the correct flowers to get to me the next day. Thank goodness I listened to there suggestion to change the date! All my other flowers were perfect, and they let me keep the flowers that were the wrong color!

So it didn't go perfectly, but I would definitely recommend these guys over and over. My only comment to you is if you're really high maintenance you probably should just go through a florist! Haha.

Happy wedding planning!

I ordered flowers from fiftyflowers.com for a special gift. The flowers were late. I ordered pink peonies but the delivered flowers were white. I notified fiftyflowers.com of the problem. They said that if I couldn't provide a picture then they couldn't do anything. Then they marked my concern as "solved" without even responding to me. Because if the unique situation with the gift, I could not provide a picture. Very poor customer service. I certainly wouldn't trust them with a wedding.

My worst vendor experience ever – in 15+ years of event and wedding planning! Sadly, this was my one and only sibling's wedding that I was handling, so the pressure was on!

Lies I uncovered directly from fiftyflowers website :

LIE: We will personally call you upon delivery of your flowers to make certain that you have received them. (no phone call upon delivery – twice)
LIE, RE-WORDED: The day your flowers are delivered, we will call you within 30 minutes of delivery of your flowers to make sure that you have proper instructions on how to care for your wedding flowers. (nope, didn't happen – twice)
_______________________________________________________
LIE: Your order is carefully attended by a team of professionals to guarantee the timely delivery of the fresh flowers you expect to receive. (Neither timely delivery nor fresh flowers were received – but note their disclaimer that they are not responsible after the flowers get on that delivery truck!)
______________________________________________________
LIE: … we want your event day to be perfect, therefore we are in constant contact with you before and after your flower order (was promised mutliple, immediate return phone calls during this fiasco – did not happen)
___________________________________________
LIE: ** SUGGESTED DELIVERY DAYS – To qualify for this guarantee, you must agree to our delivery date suggestions. After placing your order, the customer service team will contact you by phone and email to let you know of the requested change, if the change is not approved, then that portion of your order will no longer qualify for the quality guarantee (they harrassed me with no less than 6 emails and voicemails, threatening to cancel my order, not simply remove the guarantee)
________________________________________________________________
LIE: In case of bad flowers or damaged flowers, FiftyFlowers will re-ship the flowers at no extra cost to you, or fully refund your money for the Box – You Choose! ( I got no choice – they told me they would not send new flowers – I just wanted the flowers at that point)
_______________________________________________________
LIE: Our customer service team is an all woman team (I spoke with the same customer service MAN twice over the course of 2 days)
________________________________________________________
LIE: Our promise to you is to provide beautiful and fresh flowers supported by expert customer service to help you create the wedding of your dreams. (I received hideous, dead flowers and horrible/non-existent/canned customer service)
_________________________________________________________
LIE: . Our knowledgeable ladies are excited about your wedding and will keep you informed about your order and all your floral options. Call us today and meet the team that is dedicated to provide you with an outstanding online buying experience! (I got a MAN on the phone – twice, they knew nothing about where my order was and gave me zero replacement options, even when I begged them to contact other sources)
____________________________________________________________
LIE: 鈥n order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx and/or UPS will require signature at the time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery (no signature required! they just drop em off on a porch in 90+ degree heat and roll on out!)
_________________________________________________________________
LIE: FiftyFlowers guarantees satisfaction in all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us… We will gladly work with you to solve any problems and/or concerns (I am not satisfied, they did not gladly work with me and they didn't solve my problems and/or concerns)

In a nutshell, I received dead, unusable flowers (one order arrived a day earlier than contracted, one order arrived a day later than contracted – neither order looked like the website description), wasted over an hour of dead end phone calls with this company, wasted hours of additional phone calls and internet searching to find replacements, wasted a groomsman's time driving 90 miles to pick up flowers from a replacment we found, one person missed 2 days of work while he sat around waiting for fiftyflowers to deliver to the venue (for delivery signature, that is a lie), I fell extremely behind on the wedding set up and details while trying to rectify fiftyflowers complete fail. Had to hire someone to make the bouquets. Just a complete disaster and fiftyflowers simply did not care. They claim that only 1% of their flower orders are not perfect – so a company that claims to have such an amazing sucess rate should be willing to compensate a not-unreasonable customer, yes? Nope. I am out nearly double what I had originally paid, plus lost time, frustration, anger – just a huge disaster because of this company.

Luckily, the OTHER 2 online vendors that delivered my other original flowers, were amazing and the flowers were perfection. Also, the semi-local florist that finally came thru and provided the flowers that fiftyflowers did not, were cheaper and the flowers were a much higher quality!

Even on a budget, I firmly recommend using a local florist or floral supplier. If you are a DIY bride – have one of your other vendors utilize their connections to get you into your local wholesaler. It will be cheaper, you will see the items before you buy and you will know those flowers aren't on a delivery truck from another country the day before your wedding. They will be willing to make you happy and not treat you like dirt.

We were referred to Fifty Flowers from the florist we were using for my son's wedding to order our rose petals. I did so 3 months ahead. The week of the wedding we were told 2 days before the wedding there was a delay, next day there was a delay. The day of the wedding we were told by the company they contacted the shipper which was FedEx and they couldn't say for sure if the petals would be delivered. The info I got with tracking said that there was no commercial invoice and they were held up in Customs in Memphis. We had to scramble the day of the wedding to get rose petals pulled and it cost double the amount and more! Save yourself trouble, don't use this company! We were refunded our money but they have removed my reviews on their website and their Facebook page. Integrity? I think not! They are trying to hide their errors instead of making changes to improve.

The flowers arrived exactly on time and they were beautiful!! It was fun to put together my flowers with my bridesmaids and then go for a manicure after 🙂 I got white and blue roses and I got to make my bouquet with about 38 roses. . . it was huge! It was nice to be able to design my own bouquets and adjust things accordingly. I didn't have any problems with any of the roses. In about 3 days, they were blossoming perfectly for my beach wedding! Thank you FiftyFlowers for making my special day even more special!!

We are so grateful to Fifty Flowers for the beautiful flowers and their fantastic customer service. We ordered many flowers for my daughter's wedding and had only one very slight problem with one type of flower. The customer service department was fantastic, and they shipped us something new the next day. I was so impressed with their desire for us to be happy with our order. This is the hallmark of a good company. We had made a smaller order with another on-line company, and their customer service was very poor. I highly recommend FiftyFlowers to everyone. The follow-up is truly fantastic, and this is obviously a company that cares. The hydrangeas were exquisite and perfectly packed. Thank you, Fifty Flowers!

I am a very satisfied bride and can't say thank you enough for the great customer service, the awesome price and most of all the beautiful flowers! I ordered Calla Lilies and Peonies both in white, and they arrived in pristine condition! I had a get together of my friends and bridesmaids to put everything together and we had a blast. In 2 hours we completed all of our bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. They looked amazing and saved me $1200! I can't say thank you enough and I would recommend you to anyone!

I was very nervous about ordering my flowers online, but I went for it and it could not have turned out any better! I spent less money, and got exactly what I wanted. The flowers arrived, and I immediately received a phone call from a consultant to make sure everything was correct. The flowers did look a little sleepy at first, but after I trimmed the stem and put them in water, they came right back to life and the blooms were just beautiful! We used the 350 hot pink roses and 12,000 rose petals to make gorgeous centerpieces and boutineers, and we also used the petals to line the aisle. We took the 50 lilac roses and made groomsmen boutineers and bouquets for the bridesmaids. The 40 dark pink callas were used for my bouquet. The flowers were breathtaking and we got so many compliments from our guest. Thank you, Fifty Flowers, for making my day so beautiful!

After scouring the web for about 6 months and contemplating with my friends and family about what to do for my wedding flowers, I took a chance. Being the A type personality I am, I did my research and decided to order with FiftyFlowers.com. I am soo thrilled that I did. For my wedding I needed bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaids, 14 bouts, 6 corsages, 12 centerpieces, and some other random arrangements. The lowest quote I got from a florist was about $2000. My total order from FiftyFlowers was $719.98. I organized my friends and family to help with making the arrangements and as you can see they turned out amazing! All of my flowers except for the cymbidium orchids arrived on time. Because of the volcano explosion, I had to wait and extra day for the orchids which at first freaked me out but FiftyFlowers' Customer Service was so on top of it with their communication, I felt as though I was in really good hands.

For all of my friends and all of you to be brides, I had to share my experience and totally recommend them to any bride who is thinking of doing their flowers – their customer service and exceptional flower quality made my wedding very special!

I ordered from them for my wedding – I was impressed from the beginning with their customer service. I got a call right after placing my order to confirm and see if I had questions from a real person not just some automated confirmation… that is awesome! Who does that these days?! the flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition. My bouquets and alter arrangements turned out GORGEOUS! Everyone commented on the flowers and how beautiful they were. People could not believe that they had come from an online company and that we did them ourselves. They truly made my day that much more special. I would totally recommend them.

I got married last year and I was kind of insecure to get the petals from an online company but when the petals arrived I was very impressed with the freshness and quality of them. Also their customer service is impressive I received a phone called the date I placed the order and also when I got them, someone contacted me and asked me if I was pleased with them and I told them that I was totally pleased.
