I ordered the WOW flowers for my mother鈥檚 70th birthday because I couldn鈥檛 be with her for her birthday. I live in England and she lives in Sydney and Covid 19 got in the way. The bouquet was supposed to be special and beautiful and last for awhile.
The flowers she received were not fresh snd did not last long.
I wrote to fig and Bloom and they never contacted me back until my dad sent an email. I was then told they would send my mother more flowers… that was 2 weeks ago and she still hasn鈥檛 received anything.
Don鈥檛 order from Fig and Bloom! Bad customer service and flowers are not fresh and they cost a lot! Rip off and disgraceful. It was hard that my family couldn鈥檛 be together and then to be cheated like this made it even more upsetting.

I was looking for a local Melbourne/Brunswick company to deliver flowers to a dear friends who had lost their beloved dog the night before. I found Fig & Bloom and was really impressed with the website and the options. I ended up choosing a lovely candle and some specialty chocolates instead of flowers and they were delivered just hours later with a handwritten note (with the words I had included in the order). I highly recommend!

Beautiful range of flowers made it difficult to to choose for our colleague in Melbourne, but we managed. An email was received confirming delivery, followed by a photo of the flowers and told that they had come from the market that morning. A very happy colleague called thanking us

Very Disappointed with the Service!
We had a really disappointing experience with this florist & the service from Kellie was atrocious. We received a vase of flowers on Easter Thursday and by Friday morning they were wilting! We watered them immediately but by Saturday the flowers were dead. I left a message on their answering machine on Saturday and expected to receive a response after the long weekend. However, no one returned my calI so I contacted them directly. I was shocked at Kellie's response. She was rude and unconcerned about the flowers & actually blamed me for not taking care of them. After a really heated exchange she promised to call me before the end of the day but I did not hear from her. Instead she emailed my Son who had sent the flowers even though I had told her that I didn't want him to know about our bad experience! She was full of excuses and more interested in writing an incident report! Terrible customer service and will never recommend them!

Wedding. Would not recommend. Poor communication and organisation.

When I first met Kellie she was enthusiastic and keen to create arrangements to suit the style I imagined.
Being a wedding, I had multiple quotations and Fig and Bloom was the most expensive by a long shot but being that I thought Kellie understood what I wanted I decided to go ahead anyway.

Once I had paid a deposit the communication was lost. In the lead up to my wedding Kellie no longer responded to emails unless I sent them 2-3 times or rang her directly. I scheduled a sit down closer to the date and she took other business calls in the middle of it. A few changes were made and I asked for a new invoice which I never received. After another face to face (which I had to just turn up at her store after not getting a response from her) I asked her again for the invoice and she told me if I had worked it out and knew how much it now was to just pay it and I still never received the invoice.
One week before my wedding, well after I had paid my invoice, Kellie called me and without properly explaining what she was telling me, I was genuinely confused and told her I wasn鈥檛 sure what she was asking me and she raised her voice, spoke over the top of me and was very rude. I found this upsetting and very unprofessional. I never received and apology.

When I paid more for a quality service I expected much more. There seemed to be a lack of organisation.
After my wedding, Fig and Bloom took my own bought centrepiece vases from the venue and I couldn鈥檛 get in contact with her for their return. The venue called, I called and I emailed with little to no response. I understand it was a busy time but an email would have sufficed. When I did receive them back 3 of them came back without their packaging boxes.
The flowers on the day were nice but nothing spectacular (with the exception of a large hanging piece)

The lack of communication, professionalism and customer service was disappointing and stress a bride does not need before the big day.
Would not recommend for a wedding.
