This was a great experience. We had tried several other finance options to get a loan and we were having to jump through several hoops to be turned down in the end. The Figure people were excellent in talking to us and asking for different paperwork to get the process moving. And it was done in no time. When they said that we were ready to schedule our notary appointment, I was shocked. So I highly recommend this company.

One of the few company's I have dealt with that is totally true to their word. It was easy to understand and process all of the documents. The time frame promised was just as stated. Five business days and the money was in our bank account.

I simply have no words , Amazing. First off All i had few Banks which turned down my Loan request and was in a limbo , Wasn't sure if try Figure, But After reading reviews ,without any second thought Applied and was funded in 5 Days Seriously I'm glad that there are companies which are out there to help us as the HELOC journey what i heard after reviewing online was anywhere from 30 to 45 days. I normally don't write reviews But I want to socialize and help others who really are in a same situation like me and able to accomplish our dreams.

I had several issues because of trying to use a CapitalOne 460 checking account. I wish there would have been some kind of a notification that told me CapitalOne 360 wasn鈥檛 an option. I wasted a bunch of time. I had to open a new checking account. That had some challenges as well, because it was brand new. Other than that, the service was really good. Every time I had to call, I got to speak with a person really fast!!! That was shocking! Kudos to your team for being patient with me and going through all of my questions.

I鈥檓 currently happy with Figure. I couldn鈥檛 imagine a smoother application process. With other traditional lender we had to fill out reams of paperwork and whatever we filled out seemed to lead to more questions. We also had to wait 4 & 6 weeks to hear back from underwriting. With Figure I filled out the form, talked to a notary online and 3 days later we had our approval! The one reason I give 4 stars vs 5 is because figure charges a $2000 origination fee on a $100,000 loan where traditional lenders don鈥檛 charge any origination fee. If they didn鈥檛 charge that fee, I would actually go around wearing the Figure t shirt I was sent and tell anyone who would listen about this never and different lender!
