Absolutely disgraceful company – bought from them in SEPTEMBER was sent a damaged item and nearly 3 months later my replacement (promised multiple times) has still not arrived. Was told it was definitely sent yet no sign of it and I've been ignored when asked for tracking number to follow up with courier. Suspicious… Would not recommend. Looking like I'm not getting a usable product or my money back – like anyone with a new baby can afford this to happen. Wouldn't usually make things public but given them plenty of time to sort it and they haven't. AVOID!
