I ordered a pair of mules online through this organisation which arrived 11 days later from China and were nothing like what I ordered. I should have received a free returns label when I placed the order but received nothing apart from a receipt from Fristpay.com to say the payment had been made. I tried to contact Customer Services through their online contact form every other day and have not received one response. To add insult to injury the amount charged to my card was also higher than what was quoted by Fristpay. I returned the shoes at a cost to me of 拢10.40 a week ago and have still not heard anything from them.

Please be warned, this is not a company to be trusted.
