Filmstaden

Went to Filmstaden Sergel with a giftcard on popcorn. Was then denied to go up and buy it because I didn't have a ticket to a movie.
How am I then suppose to use my giftcard?!?
Really disappointed!

Then I went to another nearby studio where they don't have this system and the guy there was very nice and I got to buy the popcorn.

After that I emailed the customer service which then confirmed that the guy at the stairs was doing the correct thing. This is for me unacceptable since I have a gift card but aren't allowed to use it.
