As for customer service reps, actually what they have are customer disservice reps – including Shayla, who is super unhelpful and a complete waste of interaction and time. The whole company sucks. If you want to waste hours of your time trying to cancel their $#*!ty service, indeed, do sign up for their 'free' trial period – but, be advised, their business model – perhaps to make up for their $#*!ty movie selection – is to not cancel your trial when you instruct them to, charge you, and then refuse to refund your money. Complete mafia tactics. RUN, DON'T WALK, FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY. NETFLIX, AMAZON – ANYTHING IS BETTER AND PRACTICES BETTER BUSINESS TACTICS THAN THESE AWFUL THIEVES.
