We booked a ticket in the airport with departing time at 8.45 am to Rovinj with arrival at 9.35 am. After we payed for the ticket we were informed that we were going to wait for a flight arriving at 9.40 am. Fortunatly the flight landed earlier. We departured the airport at 9.35 which means we were waiting for the bus to leave for 1 hour – with just the two us – so why wait?! So all this resulted in a delayed arrival in Rovinj at 10.30 am – that was 1 hour later than expected – and costly time of our holiday – lucky we didn鈥檛 plan to go on a but ride at 10.00 am… The ticket was expensive enough (150 Kuna), so they should departure on time!
We also called the agency from the airport to explain the situation, but they did not care – they did not give us a discount or a taxi, as we hoped as a good custumer service – so we could make it at 9.35 am in Rovinj, which is there own time schedule.
Be aware that you are going to wait for other people who will MAYBE go on the bus.
I cannot recommend this company!
