Not sure about last review, they are pretty good to me as far as I can really get. IT's mainly for people who work with hands and want to remain in good mood on their work cause they wear nice cloths, and that brand simply do that job extremely well.

Good products, terrible awful customer service. Products come with a guarantee, but if anything goes wrong with them, it鈥檚 imposible to get support. It鈥檚 not worth it to buy from Filson anymore 鈥?what a shame.

The product that I wanted was even better than described. Shipping and communication was first rate. Will definitely purchase from them again

By the time I got home from my trip and tried them out, Filson said they would not accept the discounted merchandise for return or exchange.

Filson discounts merchandise that gets less than favorable reviews because buyers find it unacceptable. The next buyer gets to keep it whether he finds it acceptable or not!

I ordered 3 clothing items on sale, all of which were garbage products. That is why they were on sale. Items were made to fit something other than humans. Zipper doesnt work. Filson will not provide any measure of customer service. Open it, decide immediately, call them.
