Quite happy with the service ,my only complaint was the filter was booked in for installation in the morning and this was changed to the afternoon which upset other plans I had made. The person who installed the system was very efficient and I am very happy with the system.

He was fast and courteous.

This company has caused me nothing but grief. I have continually experienced terrible customer service from them in the form of misinformation and pestering calls and threatening letters. This culminated with them sending me a notice of a fake overdue invoice for a service I never had with a threat to my credit score and legal action. This letter was sent several months after I had told them that I would not require their services any longer.
Here's the full summary of my experience:
*Booked them in to install in 2015 for the advertised price. When the installed arrived, there was suddenly an extra fee for a part that was not previously advertised or warned about (but apparently is very commonly needed).
*Called in 2016 saying that my 'water service' was due for maintenance. Being a new house, I thought this was to my actual water service, not the water filter and they did not even say the company name or the word 'filter'. They also said the service would be free. The serviceman arrived and explained he would be replacing the filter for a fee (I believe it was $120). After I complained, he said that this happens quite a lot with this company. The fee for this was not the problem, just that they were again misleading and unclear.
*Serviced again in 2017 and 2018, no major issues.
*In 2019 I decided to discontinue servicing my water filter. This was primarily due to their poor treatment of me as a customer in the past. I explained clearly on the phone that I will not be requiring further servicing but they continued to call and text. Eventually this stopped but they sent letters trying to guilt me into servicing my water filter.
*In mid-2020 I received a letter in my mail saying that I have an overdue invoice. This letter also contained a threat to my credit score and involving an attorney if it was not paid. I of course had not received any service to my water filter nor had I booked in anything with them. All I had done was cancel my service, yet they continued to pester and bully me into the need to replace my water filter.
*Further to the above, they advertise that the water filter service is free for 5 years (which was even stated in the threatening letter they sent me) and that it is only the replacement water filter that itself that is paid for in these services. Therefore, I can't even imagine what overdue service fee they can making up. What they are claiming is false and is typical behaviour for what I have experienced with this company from the start.
I regret ever dealing with this bullying and immoral company and strongly advise caution to anyone even considering giving them your contact information.
