We booked a villa through this company last year and unfortunately due to travel restrictions we were not able to go.
The communication from this company has been extremely poor. we last heard from them over a month ago despite regular emails to them asking them if we will receive a voucher or a refund. I would avoid using them entirely.

We booked a villa in December 2019 for our Summer 2020 holiday, obviously with the UK Government imposed quarantine etc, we had to cancel our trip to Mallorca. I emailed them 5 or 6 times regarding the matter and they were quite responsive, saying they were trying to find a solution with the villa owner so we could receive a voucher. However since 30th July, no reply. Nothing. I have tried by email, phone call, twitter, facebook. NOTHING. Not a single reply.
I realise these times are tough for all travel agencies but all I am asking for is a reply! Unprofessional, dissapointing and stressful.

Great company, excellent customer service. We booked a beautiful villa through Fincallorca in summer 2019, the whole process was very straightforward and easy. They answered our emails in a timely manner and were very helpful. And we had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

This year we made another booking through Fincallorca. Unfortunately, the British Government added Spain including Mallorca to their no-go-to list which made our travel insurance invalid. We asked Fincallorca to negotiate with the villa owner on our behalf and together we found a solution. We received a voucher (for the same villa) for the value of our deposit. The voucher is valid until December 2021 which is great. Also, the cancellation of our booking was made free of charge which was a very kind and generous gesture. Thank you Fincallorca. We do appreciate it and we'll definitely be returning customers for many years ahead.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 travel restrictions etc, our much anticipated trip from the UK to Mallorca won't happen this year 🙁

However, Lara and the team at Fincallorca couldn't have been more helpful. They have enabled us to re-book for next year and responded quickly to all our queries with kindness and patience – which has helped make such a surreal situation less stressful for our family. Thank you team.

Now looking forward to a proper holiday in 2021!

My family and I went to Mallorca last year. We came across Fincallorca online. I was imidiately impressed by the information level, which suited us. I was surprized by the numbers of interesting fincas, which We choose from. The team behind answered swiftly on several occasions, which was appreciated. We found our dream house, which did not let our expectations down upon arrival. Great feature with videos and lots of pictures. Definitely not the last time We use Fincallorca. I'd like to see the same concept for Costa del Sol and italy too.

We had perfect week in a charming country house, surrounded by sheep and vineyrds. Since we all wanted to escape the summer tourists, the finca Es Moli Son Maiol was our perfect place of retreat from where we still could reach all destinations easily that we have planned to go. Gil was very kind and helpful with everything and he also helped us finding good restaurants. We really enjoyed staying at the house, since every one had his own space, with own bathroom. The pool area was fantastic and the terrace would have been also great if we didn't have so much wasps, that were quite annoying. So we just couldn't eat outside the rest of our stay. All in one it was a great stay and would like to come back once again. Thanx to Gil again!

Excellent experience using Fincallorca to book our Villa in Sa Coma this year .
From initial enquiry to booking and payment etc,etc all was handled by them in a timely and professional manner, on line , by emails and a couple of phone calls.
All dealt with in English with no issues.

Everything has worked really well from inquiry, quotation and booking. Perfect Finca in Mallorca that clearly lived up to the pictures from the website – all in all my best recommendation.

I spent a week in a villa called mil Flores, on the island of Majorca. The initial booking went without any hiccups and so did the communication. This is from my experience, an excellent company. Even though they are based in German there wasn鈥檛 any problems. The villa mil Flores is just an exceptional place to stay. Watch the video on you tube.
The inside is spacious. The outside is amazing. Lovely well kept grounds. Great pool area.
The villa us in the county but not to far away from the town. The views are amazing.
The villa has a bar area where we congregated most evening. This has a BBQ situated inside.
Pedro looks after the villa when the guests depart to get it ready for the next guests. He is a great guy. Just ask him for any and he will get it for you.
I wouldn鈥檛 hesitate to return to mil Flores with all its charm.

Exceptional in every way.

We had the most wonderful family holiday at this exceptional rural villa. Expertly well equipped with great facilities and the saltwater pool was magnificent. I cannot sing the praises of this villa or Ficallorca loudly enough! We are already getting ready to book for next summer.

We have spent wonderful 2 weeks in this Finca. The house is very spacious and you can find everything you need for your daily life.
The huge pool is not only for children.
The Finca is very centrally located in the heart of the island and you can reach any place on the island in a very short time.
Miguel is a good host and very friendly person. He helps to have an unforgettable holiday.
We would like to spend our holidays there again.

We rented the villa "Son Ganxo Dos" in Cala Murada for 11 days, and I think we had our best vacation so far.

The service by Fincallorca was just fine. Unfortunately we don't speek or read German, so we tried our best in English instead. That was ok for communication with Fincallorca, but the landlady that took care of our villa almost didn't speek English (even though it was listed on the villa), so that gave us some minor problems.

The arrivals description is great and we had no problems finding or checking in to the villa (except for the bad english). However we couldn't find any information of how to check out again. We ended up calling the landlady to ask how to checkout. She misunderstood me, and thought I was the next guest arriving. As a result, we were almost thrown out of the villa the next morning. It wasn't that big a deal since we had already packed and was actually trying to find out how to check out 🙂

The villa itself was great and we especially loved the large pool. It looked just like the pictures on the website. However what the pictures couldn't show, was that it was starting to feel a bit worn. It wasn't a problem, but it was just the little things that was starting to feel the years, like rust in the corners, a bathroom that smelled badly (there were three so we just used the other two).

Should we ever go to Mallorca again, there is a good chance that we will rent through Fincallorca again.

Fantastic holiday via Fincallorca – the service was amazing and everything was great. Just the e-mails could be also in English, not only in German, but except this, Fincallorca is a very good option to book a finca on Mallorca.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful Villa. Luxury pure, there was plenty of room for 2 families to personalise their holiday but the huge pool and patio insured many enjoyable hours of relaxing and dining together. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ meant that eating at home was an enticing holiday option too. Petra is a super charming and convenient village which gave us an insight to many traditions and Mallorcan way of life. The roof terrace has stunning views by day and night. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming, on arrival we were Even presented with some local specialties!

6 of us just spent a very enjoyable week at Casa Rotger. It is well equipped and perfectly situated for exploring the island. The facilities and size of the plot make for a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. There are however, a few facilities that would have made the experience perfect.
1. The place is not the easiest to find, even with SatNav. It's right at the very end of Carrer de Montuiri (when you can go no further) The numbering of this road is rather haphazard. Check it out on Google earth before you go.
2. The water heater is in desperate need of a service or attention. It seems to give hot water only when it feels like it and most of the time only provides cold water. No amount of coaxing seemed to solve the issue. Cold showers were the norm!
3. There is no kettle or toaster provided. The only way to make tea is using the microwave or boiling a pan. Nasty scummy tea!
4. One of the elements on the oven does not work, so it takes for ever to warm up enough to make a piece of toast.
5. The ground coffee machine does not work at all. The pump doesn't work, or whatever, it doesn't make coffee.
6. The Nescafe coffee machine does work, but doesn't switch off automatically. So if you don't watch it constantly, coffee will soon be dribbling all over the worktop.
7. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photographs. Amazing what you can achieve with a wide angle lens. The kitchen is very small.

A few minor things, but for the premium price paid, I would have expected better, and all the appliances to work properly.

All in all though, we had a very enjoyable week at Casa Rotger
