Supplied an item not as described. Slow handling time before finally posting. Very impersonal customer support. In the end they asked me to return the item (at their cost) but never disclosed if they were to replace with correct item or refund me. Had to continually ask what was happening and in the end got a "sorry for the inconvenience". Four weeks or stuffing around. I'll never shop there again.

Amazing Service, Amazing Price, Hard To Go Past These guys!!!
I spoke to Kaylor & Jarrod, and they really helped me out! I'm up in Bundaberg QLD and have been struggling to find a cover for a new 12-foot log I just picked up. They were really helpful on the phone and solved all my problems and got me a long enough leash as well. Super grateful and looking forward to receiving my items. I was also impressed with the cost of postage as I live a fair way away and Find Sports have been the best value by far after having a good look around. Cheers guys!

Gave bad review of this company yesterday, within 1 hour I received phone call from Kayla from Find Sports who wanted to hear the whole story. Told Kayla my story and there and then she has organised a refund of postage which is all I wanted. Very happy now and appreciate the follow up. Won't use with "My deal" again though.

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT DO THE RIGHT THING * DON'T EVEN BOTHER SHOPPING HERE * NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR TIME * POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS * NO CUSTOMER SERVICE * SLOW DELIVERY * SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT LOOKS AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS *

This company have conducted themselves with the intent to deliberately and wilfully frustrate any customer with a complaint in the hope that they just give up.

FIND SPORTS ALWAYS HAVE THIS POST REMOVED AND POST POSITIVE REVIEWS AFTER THIS ONE AND WITH OVER 12,000 VIEWS I DON'T BLAME THEM FOR TRYING!!

RATHER THAN DO THE RIGHT THING TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY WILL WORK THEIR HARDER TO HAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS REMOVED ON GOOGLE REVIEWS, TRUSTPILOT AND PRODUCT REVIEW SITES. DON鈥橳 BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS.

AS AT 8 APRIL FIND SPORTS HAVE PAID TO HAVE THIS REVIEW REMOVED "25" TIMES ON GOOGLE AND HAVE TRIED WITHOUT ANY LUCK ON THE OTHER PLATFORMS.

WHAT ACTION TAKEN JUST TO GET THE ITEM I ORDERED SENT TO ME:

鈥?MERCHANT DISPUTE WITH AFTERPAY
鈥?BANK SECURED A CHARGEBACK
鈥?CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMPLAINT ACTIVE
鈥?VCAT MEDIATION PENDING

All this because they sent me the wrong item and admitted it but refused to rectify the situation.

BACKGROUND

1. 3 Jan I ordered a FIND Duralite Funboard Surfboard Cover – $60.00 – I was charged $26.92 for shipping.

2. 20 Jan the order arrives and was different in colour and design. Photos attached.

3. Contacted Find Sports on 25 January 2020 and spoke to G*******e who requested that I send her photos of the item while she remained on the telephone. G*******e said that she had 鈥渘ever seen the item before and that it definitely warranted a return label鈥?and that she would arrange for one to be emailed to me. At 2:01 pm I emailed the same email address asking if she was able to provide me the return label. I received a reply at 3:20 pm stating 鈥淗ey – We are just confirming this with the warehouse. You will receive a follow up email shortly.鈥?No email was received.

4. I contacted Find Sports again on 29 January 2020 and spoke with a representative for 15 minutes in total who said that she was speaking with the warehouse before confirming my phone number stating that she would return my call. No return call.

5. 30 Jan I contacted Find Sports but was told that their computers were still loading. The representative again confirmed my phone number and said that she would return my call. I did not receive a return call.

6. I attempted to contact Find Sports another 8 times. Word of advice, if you have a complaint and want them to pick up you need to block you phone number or they鈥檒l keep screening your call.

7. 31 Jan 20 at 11:12 am I spoke with J****d who advised the style that I ordered was in stock but the item that I have is the new style. I asked J****d to send me a return label so that I may return the item for the item that I ordered. He refused.

J****d stated that G*******e had made a mistake in saying that she had never seen the cover before and agreeing to send me a return label.

I reiterated that, regardless of the error made by G*******e, the item is not what I ordered and would like a return label to send the item back to be replaced with the item that I ordered.

J****d advised that it was out of his hands and that his 鈥渂osses鈥?advised him that should I want a replacement for the item I ordered I was to pay for the return at my cost. No mention was made of whether I would have to pay for the replacement item to be shipped to me.

I advised J****d that we can resolve the matter now by Find Sports providing a return label rather than via a complaint through Consumer Affairs Victoria. He reiterated that it was out of his hands and was only doing what his 鈥渂osses鈥?have told him to do.

8. 3 Feb following another call to them from Afterpay they sent me a return label. When I queried if the correct item be shipped to me at no cost? They replied 鈥?鈥淲e will let you know once we receive the item and go from there鈥?

9. 10 Feb received a call from L*z who advised she had been no leave for two weeks and wanted to resolve the matter. She agreed to send a shortboard cover out.

10. Provided Afterpay with a tracking number when the reopened the merchant dispute [27/2 tracking # provided AQQ5001140]

11. Received an email from Find Sports advising they items were dispatched. They were received a week later and do you think they send the shortboard cover as agreed 鈥?of course not, after all their bulls**t – they resent the original item 鈥?when I called to let them know, go the usual run around, someone will call you back鈥?still waiting for that call鈥?Slow clap.
