There was an outdated value on the tables regarding banking. I left the necessary details on their online chat system, and was notified through email that they had updated their information.

I was anxious to learn quickly how the government guarantee would be applied to my company savings account and my personal savings account with a single ADI (i.e. the same bank) in the event of another GFC.
I received a prompt and clear answer (with the sensible advice that I have it confirmed with the bank). Thank you Finder Australia for your help.

Just rang Finder to request my Credit Score, I was put through to (I think her name was Lani) who immediately asked if I was calling because I have bad credit (I dont, but am looking to buy a new car so I was curious) I said no I don't, and she said Jeez that's aggressive, then muted the call for a few seconds and disconnected. I'll never call this company again after such disgusting behaviour. Truly appalling.
