I love to pick out the art I like and put it on things that I can use I bought a Beach towel and put art from the artist Hannah Curran on it ,it turned out fantastic. I found her art To be unique and demand attention from the viewer. The process of ordering and receiving my item was fantastic as well easy and on time

over priced and poor customer service. fist i called and asked will they be having a black friday sale. i was told no. lie. they did and quite a good one. i over spent by a couple hundred dollars. the prints were very nice by the glare so bad you can鈥檛 see them in day light. make sure you know what you are getting. the frame looked cheap. find a better online store to make your purchases. it鈥檚 not free returns either. i paid 50 to ship a piece back and they subtracted the original shipping as welll. i lost $100. when i asked they just replace it at the same cost as when i purchase, at the black friday sale price, they refused. they go by two different names also. one site is fin art america the other is pixels.com. the prices are different. lol. good luck.

I placed and order on 12/12/2020, before their shipping deadline for items to arrived before Christmas. It is 12/28 and the items have not arrived and are still "processing" according to their website.

This company is a scam for Canadian buyers. I placed an order on November 28, money was charged to my credit card, but after hearing nothing for 3+ weeks and multiple emails to their customer service dept they cancelled my order today and say they will refund me my money within 24-48 hours but quote a total different than they charged my credit card.

Fine Art America is a scam. As long as they can close your premium account without any reason and they still sell prints of your artwork, FAA is a company of thiefs. Artists have no protection for their work and no support, they are just disrespected and abused by a hand full of ass kissers and thiefs. Yes, it happened to so many and to me too, huge disapointments and broken hearts. Wishing to all the administrators, all full of themselfs and horrible humans of FAA that all the money and peace of soul they steel from people to be their hell on this earth.

Ordered the Travis Kelce blanket for my girlfriend.(Huge fan). Blanket arrived and had a stupid ad from HQwallpaper.com across it. What a joke! I鈥檓 so pis$$ed. An otherwise nice blanket ruined beyond an ad. Didn鈥檛 see anywhere that would be on there. Hell. Had it been vertical along the edge. Wouldn鈥檛 have cared. But no. RIGHT ACROSS THE I
AGE. Sorry a$ss pi/ss poor. Never again.

On November 11 I ordered 4 custom puzzles. I received 1. Where are the other 3- all paid for.?
Over 10 calls and emails from me to resolve.
Just this morning I received the 'new' USPS tracking….they have yet to receive the items and this was dated November 24. Today it is December 8.
Now headed up the chain of command to get my money. Wish me luck.
So much for a fun Christmas gift giving.

Just entered my c.c. information to purchase a canvas print for $433.00 (which was 25% off the retail price), but just before I submitted the order, I noticed the shipping charge was $350.00, more than half the artwork price. So I called customer service to find out where was the item shipping from, and the rep told me the item was actually in stock in a warehouse in my city in North Carolina. I asked if it was a mistake that the S&H charge was so outrageously high, and he told me shipping prices have increased due to Covid. Needless to say, I will not be shopping on this website. Price gouging at its finest.

I enjoyed how well the site made the whole experience. Searching for items is as I have expected with a lot of sites. Their view including scrolling on mobile is nice.

The order tracking had no problems. Lastly, the item for being a canvas print was packed nicely and with obvious care taken to make sure it wasn't dinged up.

Considering how many artists are available to sell their items I am also confident in finding a piece with a similar theme.

I bought three posters to replace the oldies.
We have a media room with 7 posters and 3 were really old. We bought one of Catherine Deneuve, one of Jacques Tati (Mon Uncle) and the last one of The Killers, a movie with Ava Gardner and Burt Lancaster. They arrived soon and very well wrapped. The price was reasonable and the quality is excellent. We are very happy with Fine Art America. Susana Furphy

I ordered two items. One was great quality and delivered quickly. I never received the other one and never had an email confirmation. I was told they have a screwed up email server. What kind of company can't send emails. I'm waiting on hold right now, my fourth phone call of the day. Atrocious customer service. Who wants to wait four weeks for a t-shirt. Any other company would have just sent another shirt and apologized. I'll never order from this outfit again. By the way, I have provided these guys a lot of business indirectly through my books. I'm an author and I have promoted some artist's links in Kindle versions of my books. They just hung up after answering this call. I wasn't going to post this but now I have no choice.

Due to current circumstances my order arrived almost a month after purchase. Then, the item didn't fulfil my expectations and I wanted to return it. I was concern I would be out of the deadline for returns and I wrote to customer service explaining my issue. In less than 10 minutes! I got a full refund and a sweet apology from a member of the staff called Judy.
This is the best customer service experience I have encountered in years of shopping.

One of the worst experiences. Huge lack of customer service. I lost $75. I ordered two 14×14 pillows and twice received 12×12 pillow covers with 14×14 pillows stuffed in them. They looked like tiny basketballs. I was told that when they make the pillows they are 14×14 but when you put the stuffing in they turn into 12×12. WHAT?? Another customer service person said if you want 14×14 you have to order 16×16. WHAT??? After a month of calls and emails, I was told to cut up the pillows and send them a picture of the destroyed pillows and they would refund. WHAT?? I have since left town for 4 months and not able to do that unbelievable request. I鈥檓 sure that was not part of their training. But made up on the spot. Save your money and frustration. Don鈥檛 order.

I ordered 2 Chanel print pillows and I received them sooner than I had expected . I was skeptical at first but I鈥檓 glad I received them I would have given a 5 star rating but they were a bit smaller than I had expected but still a good size . I will be ordering again 馃挏

Diabolically dishonest business. The site offered a one day 20% discount on all wall art. I went to purchase a 拢300+ framed print and they categorically refused to honour the discount. I was even ignored when I emailed the CEO…twice!

Got to admit.
Worried about ordering such a large print online.
I'd have put my wages on it arriving damaged.
How wrong I was.
The canvas is packed & wrapped like nothing I've ever seen.
It could be dropped 30ft & still be ok.
Really impressed. Fast shipping too which was excellent.
All in all, fantastic.
Quality print, quality shipping, quality company.
