What a joke – Fineflora? They trade as Guernsey flowers by Post as well

My flowers arrived in a poor condition, some heads had brown petals, more than ready to be thrown away. Carnations had brown petals, freesias wilted. I put them in water and hoped for a miracle but alas the next day they were even worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU RECEIVE THEM AS A GIFT PLEASE TELL THE DONOR SO THEY DONT WASTE THEIR MONEY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Very bad advert for mail order flowers from Guernsey. We definitely won't be buying from any businesses there again. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEW SITES, LOTS OF COMPLAINTS.

I have used this company and am surprised to see the problems that some people have had. I live in Australia and have ordered for my mother in Southampton several times over the years and she has always phoned to say how lovely they are and how she has to split them in to 2 vases. Maybe I have been lucky – or others have been unlucky…

My parents received a bouquet of Spring freesias ordered for Easter, to cheer them up during self-isolation. The team at Guernsey flowers were responsive and very kind with my request, honouring the order even when I cancelled at short notice owing to my mix up when placing the order and a quick refund, but when I found our the flowers were still sent they refused to take my money, as a gesture of good will. The free chocolates included with the order were an added bonus!! I will be using them again and recommend on the value for money, timely delivery, very responsive and helpful customer service (Thanks, Daisy and Sally!) and the good nature of the business.

I wish I had read the reviews…… Please do not order from here- the flowers look NOTHING like the pictures- very sparse and far fewer than shown. Buy better flowers from elsewhere

I ordered flowers for Easter for my daughter who lives in London and in these strange times was obviously not able to come home for the festivities. When I checked my confirmation email I realised that the date for delivery was going to be after Easter. I contacted Fineflora by email and they couldn't have been more helpful especially as initially I gave them the incorrect order number. They were very efficient and confirmed to me that in fact the flowers would be delivered before Easter which they were. They were absolutely beautiful and I will certainly use Fineflora again. I have used them before and have always been very, very satisfied with their service.

My freesias arrived extremely promptly, on the day promised.
They were in bud, very fresh and carefully packed. The stems were rather short perhaps and the freesias were not by any means cheap.They have, however, opened beautifully well and are lasting remarkably well.

My mother received flowers from my father and they were nothing like what he ordered, and look pathetic. I strongly recommend you do not use this company; absolute waste of money. They can't go in a normal vase because there's hardly any flowers anyway, and it just looks so random and awful. We've had to pick flowers from the garden to make them look less pathetic.

I ordered the Large pink and white bouquet for delivery on 20/2/20 to the value of 拢38.

The flowers arrived on 19/02/20 but at least early is better than late. HOWEVER the flowers received look NOTHING LIKE the ones advertised. I realise substitutes heave to be made from time to time, but just not including half the blooms is truly disgusting. It looked like two 拢5 bunches from the supermarket, or worse.

I feel really ripped off. Never buying from them again and advise you not to either.

I ordered valentine's flowers which cost 拢33 and the contents were the same as a 拢1.99 bunch from a supermarket.
Customer care are useless, the only comment was that they looked lovely and fresh.
Lost a customer as they are poor value.

Flowers ordered through Guernsey Flowers by Post to be delivered on a Friday. Flowers arrived the following Monday, three days late and in a very poor state. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered flowers on Monday, 1st July (2019) to be delivered today, 3rd July. They arrived on time and the recipient was delighted with them.
I noticed that on the order confirmation that an essential part of the shipping address had been omitted. I therefore messaged customer services & received a reply saying that the address had been amended.
I am very satisfied.

I'd give them no stars if I could. Flowers never arrived, no phone number and customer service are downright rude and so unhelpful. I lost money through this company and never got it back or the flowers. They are based in Guernsey so seem above UK customer law. Don't use

What a disappointment. I ordered flowers in plenty of time and selected a delivery date (mums birthday). The flowers were delivered a day after her birthday. When I contacted them to complain they were just not interested. They just kept repeating that it can take up to 48 hours to deliver from Guernsey. i do not recommend them if you want the flowers to be delivered on time.

Writing this as no reasonable response from FineFlora since October. Paid over 拢30 for large bouquet which arrived in full bloom with all the stamens falling out and lasted just 5 days despite being marketed as in bud and long lasting. A similar bunch from Tesco at a qtr of the price lasted 3 weeks. Reason for review is that their opinion was that flowers were ok despite their guarantee claims to fix problems and when I did a review it was never published. They only publish 3 star and over. Now not responding to emails and won鈥檛 tell me who I can escalate to – this is a completely dishonest business. I鈥檒l now be pursuing through consumer rights. Save your money!!

I have ordered and sent flowers online from Canada many times. Service and quality are excellent. Delivered when promised and the receipients are delighted and happy.

Appalling customer service and quality of flowers. I ordered freesias for my partially sighted mother specifically as Fineflora's website advertise their freesias as scented and long lasting. The flowers delivered had no scent and didn't even last a week. Fineflora's dismissive response to my complaint was to say that the scent and longevity of the flowers depended on how the flowers were kept and that they make no warranty as to the level of scent. So if you want scented freesias that last at least a week don't believe anything Fineflora claim on their website and give this company a big miss.

I ordered flowers for Valentines day to be delivered to the hotel where we were staying. These were ordered in plenty of time and Fine flora were still advertising their Valentine flowers day(s) after i had ordered mine by first class post,
They never arrived! on Valentines day – but did the day after when we left. To me this is totally unacceptable. My wife had no flowers for the first time in 47 years and was very upset. Fineflora did not seem bothered at all saying it was out of their hands as it was the postal service at fault. This would be true for all of their flowers.
拢35 flowers on Valentines day are only 拢8 the day after. Fine flora refuse to refund any monies. I will not be using this company again. Had a read these reviews before purchasing when nearly 60% award one star, i would not have used them. Be warned – go elsewhere.

I have used Fineflora on several occasions and have been very satisfied with them. The flowers have always been delivered on time and the recipients have always been delighted with the product.

I have used this company many times in the past year and every time the flowers have been delivered when requested and in excellent condition
