I can only say that I am disappointed by the service. Reply is way slow. Now with COVID I cannot get my money back and when asking, the service reply seems heavy overloaded and furthermore they seem to not knowing what to answer with inconsistency.

Update: I got a fast reply and my case is now solved or at least promised I will receive return soon. I conclude to first complain to get issues solved.

Update: fintiba is constantly contacting me now to change my review. But I am not satisfied. I will not change my opinion. Now they try to delete my review by reporting it to Trustpilot. I hope that will not work, otherwise a review does not make any sense, if you can only give positive review!!!!

Was looking for a blocked account for my national visa application.
