I was in a real pickle and UPS screwed up my delivery. BFAP called me and offered to send a duplicate to me overnight so I could get the client off Fire Watch. I have never had a company offer to help me out to that extent on their dime.Great service!!!

Recommendation you get a support contract with the Mfg's
Local dealer wanted $400.00 to come program the pull station, I did it in a half hour. Called Edwards and they were "we are not helping you cause your not certified" We will never sell their products, bad attitude.

Fast shipping, great product. (Edwards 2400 2 zone panel) Worked great. Only issue was the battery leads were short. Need to be longer, appears they were cut short at some point and they weren't long enough to connect the batteries. (They are hardwired into the panel, no terminals). So i ended up splicing longer leads.

We needed a discontinued smoke alarm for our church. BuyFireAlarmParts.com had just what we needed, so I ordered two just to have a spare.
