Been with Fire for a couple of years now and can easily recommend them. The app is simple, reliable and easy to use. Due to new security measures there is a bit of a convoluted way of logging into my business account, but it's worth it for the added security. Customer service is great too, any query I've raised has always been answered within a few hours.

Calorimetri has been using fire business account for the last 5 years. As a distributor of Pacific Energy wood stoves across the whole of europe we appreciate the easiness of having a UK and EUR account with clear information and easy to access details. We have been using their beta version on the Goolge play store and are very happy with how the app has developed. We have had very few errors and issues such as a transfer coming from Asia which could not be processed and were informed of all the details. All emails are replied in less than 24 hours and the cost of the service is excellent. In our new company CleanFinTech we will continue to use their services and hope the company keeps innovating and developing.

I have constantly tried to email fire.com when my payments haven't arrived into my account. These are the worst ever. they never ever reply. I have emailed them over 13 times to ask why my payment has not arrived to no response. Absolutly shocking customer service. I have BPD and high levels of mental health and this is really impacting my day to day life. Noone ever gets back to you be careful

Have always found the Support Team at Fire to be excellent – quick responses, helpful replies, clear explanations.

I really like how the service charge is added to the transaction immediately – no shocking quarterly fee charges to worry about.

It would be nice if they had download statement for debit card transactions. Right now I can only download statements for bank account transactions.

Without any doubt the best Irish payment company that i work with.
I've been their client for over 2 years, and for our kind of business, their offer is very good. 5 stars.
They could improve their solution only on a few point :
– Their interface is yes simple and well optimized, but lacks some information, such as failed transactions or
– Their application process is kinda random : i had a lot of problem with one company, and none at all with the other one.

Clear and concise answers!!!
We had some issues with our company account being invoice twice by a hotel in the Netherlands, further to our stay. Wrote to the support staff at Fire and we received a very clear and detailed reply within 48h, from Alice, who explained that the amount had only been held as a pre-authorization on our debit card, and were immediately refunded to our account when the hotel told us it should take 30days..
Well done Fire, in a world that is increasingly becoming more and more digital, you need a bank that can step in and reply to your query and provide assistance so that you don't feel ''forgotten''…

They've been very helpful so far in answering all of my questions (I had a lot!) and their international policies and UK account has been a lifesaver for my business as my suppliers are all in the UK. V good customer service and I'd recommend them as a challenger bank.

Great bank for digital businesses!
We鈥檝e used Fire for 3 years now and they are such a useful bank backed up by a friendly and responsive team. They鈥檝e helped us with many items and are easy to reach by email, so refreshing not to have to waste time on phone calls and waiting. Couldn鈥檛 recommend more for busy entrepreneurs and really like the security feature like sms payment approval and dual currency accounts which make running an online business with a distributed team really secure and easy to manage.
