Fire House Subs

Usually pretty good food. Sometimes the service is lacking but what do you expect from fast food joint?

I wish i could give the firehouse subs in port arthur, texas absolutely NO stars. The owner keeya gilliard is a racist and very unprofessional. Now that i have read the other review about another firehouse subs being a racist im completely convinced that its not just me. This KLAN owned restaurant will NEVER have to worry about my business EVER AGAIN!!!!

Hermitage, TN 37076 Firehouse Subs ruined me for all other subs. I have dined in and have had delivery. This time I ordered delivery. The order was correct and on time. More times than not, when you dine in the food is better than food delivered –the food was the same as dining in–and of course that food was very good.
I would give 5 stars but I deducted a star because they do not have BLT for delivery– which is my favorite. I got an Italian sub, which is my second favorite, and my family got cold cut trios.
We won't stop going to Firehouse for this minor irritation, all of their subs are good, but if you want a BLT you have to dine in. Be aware dine in and delivery menu options are not the same.

Inappropriate and out of line management and staff. The firehouse subs in Owings Mills zip code 21117 the manager Stephanie is a racist narcissist who accuses people of inappropriate actions with no actual proof. They accuse you of inappropriate actions without clauseable doubt. I鈥檝e had a terrible experience here at this restaurant and I would not recommend this restaurant to eat or to work at for anybody.
