My very first online firearms order and I was totally taken. I was not aware of several things that should have been a tip off. I don't believe I'll get fooled like this again. Paid via ZELLE funds transfer. No option for credit card payment. BEWARE of these jerks. I see their extensive website is down. Prices below normal.

As everyone here, I was attracted to the site, it seemed suspicious, so I started a chat to ask questions. Still did not feel right, so I started an internet search on their website, found sitejabber.com. You saved me a lot of money and heartache. Thank you sitejabber!

Bought and paid for a pistol thru Google Pay. Nothing. I was stupid to send payment to a personal email. But honest people think most are honest. The telephone number is in Texas. There is a small building at the address that shows guns, they probably looked for a small business and just used the image. Google and Yahoo (email payment was to Yahoo account) Price and availability to good to be true. Hate being a sucker, even paid $10 for shipping.

I was looking for a gun which was not found anywhere and found it on firearms online. Imagine my hapiness when its 40% cheaper than any other site! I was surprised that just this website has this price. GOD put some sense in me. Upon looking closely the site looked dubious. So googled for reviews for this website and found these reviews. Glad didn't buy it.
Is there a way we can report this to FBI…? Also i want give it a 0 star but sadly Sitejabber doesn't take it. So giving it 1.

This site has bounced around the country from place to place always moving shop when found out they're frauds, this time was based on Flint MI. When you check the address it actually came back to a gun store (shows intelligence) however, that gun store is under a different name and the phone number is different, email is different and their entire inventory is different (almost nothing in stock). I purchased a "shotgun" on this site and once I paid they went dark. No answer to phone calls, emails or disputes. Required payment by google pay, getting smarter in their scam because google pay won't help you with any dispute come to find out. USAA will though and luckily I got my money back. Please don't go for these crooks, they are capitalizing on a passion right now knowing things are hard to find. Should have known it was too good to be true.

DO NOT TRUST! They take your money, and you never hear back from them! You are left trying to recoup your money from Google Pay or your CC. Total scam!
They are happy to help you place the order AND PAY, then they disappear like a puff of smoke! You never hear anything back, and your FFL NEVER RECEIVES THE ORDERED GUN!

Too many negatives to fully encompass the deceptive actions by this "company". Their posted phone contact number is not in service, which gives them control to use their chat room to perform the scams, eg;. This leaves no paper trail. Also, by not answering e-mails and failing to release account information about the transaction and password recovery for your account, they control the narrative. Finally, the methods of payment can and have been changed. Suggestion: Contact all of the applicable agencies to ACT in investigating and prosecuting them. Help to save other victims of this scam.

firearms-online.com is a total scam. I was browsing their site and came across a gun I was interested in. It was about 10:00 pm, but they have a chat service which states "We reply immediately". I asked if they had this particular gun in stock and they replied within 5 minutes, "we have in stock for immediate immediate delivery". The price was super low and I had my doubts but went to checkout to "test the waters". I filled in name, address, etc. and kept advancing in the process trying to get a look at what S&H would be and the next thing I know the order had been placed via Google Pay. I don't even have a Google Pay account! Shipping address was my home address! I immediately went back to the chat service and told them there was a problem and the order should be cancelled… crickets… no response. Over the next hour I received 3 emails saying there is a problem processing my order and to please click on the link below to complete. I called them the next day and got a generic voice mail. On their website they give an address of, 5320 Richfield Rd., Flint, MI 48506. I put that into my maps program and it is suspiciously close to a gun dealer, Bullock's Guns, which is at 5302 Richfield Rd. I called Bullock's and mentioned "firearm-online" and they said it is a scam that's been going on for over a year. 5320 Richfield is a vacant field. There is nothing there. They have called various authorities and reported it. So BEWARE, firearms-online.com IS 100% A SCAM!

I too like everyone else here, was scammed by firearms online.com for $307.50 for a rifle. Tried to check on my order today but conveniently the
Website is suspended. I will definitely check Sitejabber before making any online purchases in the future that's for sure. I feel really bad for those who lost more than what I lost, but I guess it was an expensive learning experience to say the least. And the balls of these guys to try and submit a request for payment today 11/24/2020 proves these [email protected]$tards need to be stopped and shut down

Same experience as the rest posted here. Had firearms instock. I didn't do my homework before buying from them. They sent confirmation email and an immediate email with zelle payment details. They tried telling me they didn't receive my funds and wanted me to send again, but zelle had confirmed it was receive and completed. I sent them the screenshot from zelle and then crickets from there. It's been a week and no response!

Attempted to by a hard to find handgun from them. Not only did they have it but it was cheap. After a chat session with the site where I was told they accepted Visa I placed my order. Site never asked for visa into but instead I was sent email with instruction on purchasing bitcoins to pay for my order and how to send the bitcoins to them. I started another chat session reminding them that they said I could pay via Visa. I was told to just send my visa car info to them via the chat session. When I told the I was not going to send my visa info over an unsecured connection I was told "good bye". Subsequent attempts to chat with them using different email address, just for the fun of it, failed. My guess is they/he can ID people they previously scammed or tired to scam via their IP address. I reported them to google fraud dept (wast of time I think) and to my state's DA cyber crime group.

I was trying to purchase something from this site. I was having issues trying to de-select the bitcoin option so I tried to contact the store. I got no replies or help from their 24/7 hotline. Came on here to see what they were rated and now its making sense. The reason I was having such a hard time getting the bitcoin option de-selected is because they do it on purchase so you want to send bitcoin and get scammed. Do not do business with this place. Very Sketchy!

Do not buy from this site. This is fraudulent. I followed payment advice and my payment was taken but everything ceased at that point.
Wish I had researched this out better first.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Firearms On-Line.com

I did research on these clowns AFTER they received a payment via bitcoin and said that I needed to repeat the payment process, that they did not receive the first payment.

Of course, they want bitcoin, they talk you through the payment process, very helpful, very responsive, but after they receive payment, they go dark. The phone number is a scarecrow. The website is an impressive front for fraud. I have reached out to Uphold, doubt there's any way I'll get my money back. These people are satanic thieves.

Their website came up while I was searching for a JTS M12AK Shotgun. The price was really good so I decided to give them a try. I entered all of their required information and when it came time to put in payment, all the form appeared to accept was Bitcoin. I didn't have a crypto-account so I followed their instructions for getting one. I was delayed by Coinbase and their account verification process over the weekend so I never completed the order. While I was waiting for Coinbase to approve my account I found Sitejabber and realized I was in the process of getting screwed. I used the address Firearms-online listed to search on Google Earth and Street View and found Bullock's Guns N' More is located there. The phone number on the sign is different than what Firearms-online has. I didn't call Bullock's to see if they were associated. The map shown on Firearms-online's contact page is actually for an area around Harding Township in New Jersey. The phone number listed is in Grattan which is 111 miles from Flint. Based on the reviews on Sitejabber and what I found I would trust Firearms-online as far as I can throw a grand piano.

Looking for a firearm which didn't seem to be available on any other site, yet low and behold not only in stock, but at a price cheaper than I had see ever before. Don't have bit coin but filled in my credit card info as well as everything else. Submitted all of it and it told me to give Bitcoin info which I don't possess. Customer service is barely available on any level and when they do respond to the chat grammar is incorrect and very unprofessional. Should have been more careful! Now I have to cancel my credit card!

Do not buy from them. I ordered a gun and paid in bitcoins for the 20% discount. Have not heard from them. They will not answer my emails, phone calls or online customer support. I reported them to Uphold, ATC and my bank. Unfortunately I will probably never see my money. I wish I found these reviews before I made the purchase.

There is a new very good price listing site. Firearmactionsales.com
The seller was texting me and when I called he strongly suggested I pay with Cashapp or Apple Pay. I chose not to proceed with my payment information.
I strongly believe this is a scam website.

Luckily I didn't pay for anything. I asked them if they really had a gun in stock that NO one has. They answered and said they did have it in stock on their live chat. So someone is operating the website. BEWARE

I almost fell for this scam, was looking to buy a shotgun online and went through the info needed for the order and noticed that it said location of FFL (optional) by law, its no option, it has to be shipped to FFL for the background check, so that raised the first red flag, i put the location of the FFL in and then the second red flag was, it didn't ask me for payment information, so i checked out and received an email with their banking info, like i am supposed to wire money or something to them, then i was like nope not happening. Sent an email about what the deal was and no response. STAY AWAY!

Price seemed too good – it was. Ordered using Cash App, funds went through to $tleonoel. Funds were transferred by Cash App, received a confirmation of funds acceptance, the another msg from Cash App saying funds were refunded for "security reasons". Funds should be back in my account soon. Sent emails to firearms-online.com and through the web site with no response. Having to cancel card used with Cash App and replace it to insure funds security. Don't use them, EVER!
