The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent me damaged tools over a month ago. Their communication has been appalling. They have ignored the majority of my emails. They initially offered a solution but have not followed through and are ignoring all emails. I had to claim my money back through the online payment service I used and will have to go through the small claims court to seek a full solution.
