Firefly Camping Gear

The light stopped working after about a month, I contacted Firefly and they haven't responded in several weeks. Pretty terrible customer service, pretty awful light. Might take it to the ACCC.

Bought a firefly double sleeping bag from the Mornington race course show as it was being sold as a -5 C bag I was keen to try it out. We were very disappointed and found that we had to use a liner as well as an additional blanket to keep warm enough with overnight temperatures of around 5-10 degrees, we felt it is not adequate and is incorrectly marketed as being rated from 0 to minus 5 degrees.

Happy with time it took to get here, ordering was simple. It has been bought for a birthday present so as yet it has not been opened and tried out. Best of all, it is yellow which is my partner鈥檚 favourite colour

Great little chainsaw, only issue was a part in the box that had nil instructions on its place in putting together the chainsaw. Emailed firefly, no response, a little bit of research and I found where the part goes.

Bought a hot water system only to find out after i had already paid for it never come with a pump so requested a refund its been a week and still have not recieved my refund wont be dealing with these guys again

They are a bit bulky and don鈥檛 have any emergency switch off incase it tips over. Overall ok. It was 6 degrees outside my tent. I have a zempire 4 – 5 person air tent. It kept the tempreture down but you could still feel the cold a bit. Its start noisy but once heated up n running they are quite reasonable quite. High recomended.

After ringing three times with regards to the damage to my Firefly hot water system I got a response. The replacement part was to reach me by Friday 19thJuly as we were leaving on our outback trip. As this did not arrive we have had to postpone our departure. Did not receive today tomorrow will be the 23rd.

Had difficulty navigating the website and products. Information was limited so I sent a request for extra which did not get a response.
