Found this company through wowcher and ordered a tween set of Bed Head shampoo and conditioner also paid around 拢4 for delivery. Received item today and horrified to find they sent in a large envelope with a thin layer of bubble wrap, needless to say my shampoo and conditioner was splattered all over the inside of the envelope after it鈥檚 journey through standard post! Have emailed to complain with no response. This company need to re think their current parcel delivery methods – maybe sending in a box or stating fragile on envelope? Also address scribbled on in handwriting looks like it was sent from an individual rather than a company.
