Purchased a brush-stroke uniform top which turned out to be incomplete (missing a button). Emailed multiple times and was told each time that they were "reaching out to the manufacturer" and told to stay tuned each time.
Fast forward two months and nothing. I would've been content with an apology and a button to sow on… but I didn't even get that.
First and only experience with Fireforce, pretty disappointing. Will personally avoid in the future. YMMV.

I can really recommend this canadian company. They make excellent replica products and are very serious and professional both with very fast replies aswell as fast deliveries.
