I had spotted a pair of Simon G Diamond Antique Style 18k Three Tone Gold Dangle Earrings online and found out that they are not made anymore, but Firenze Jewels could have a pair made for me. I was a bit reluctant to have a Jeweler so far away (I live in California), but Gabrielle made the transaction seamless and professional. I sent her a picture of the earrings and she guaranteed me that Firenze could get them for me. The transaction went smooth as can be with Gabrielle calling me the day before to let me know my earrings would be arriving before 10:30 am, and to make sure I was home. Firenze has beautiful jewels and I will definitely be purchasing more from them. As a side note, I am a college professor at a college in San Francisco and I teach a class of professional selling. I wish Gabrielle lived closer, because I would have her come as a guest lecturer to teach the class about exemplary customer service.

Firenze was terrific to work with on a long distance transaction. The purchase and receipt of a beautiful diamond pendant and a diamond necklace was smooth, efficient, and worry-free.
