4/11/20 – Placed my firepit order
4/23 – Emailed and asked for an anticipated completion date and was told the lead time to ship was about three weeks.
5/08 – Emailed and asked for an anticipated ship date and was told my firepit would ship in the middle of the next week.
5/14 – Received an email my firepit was completed.
5/21 – Emailed and asked for a tracking number or estimated arrival date. No response.
5/27 – Emailed and asked for a tracking number or estimated arrival date.
5/28 – Received response that "the order went missing enroute and UPS has been attempting to find it, but no luck. It looks like we will need to expedite getting a new frame built and powder coated". I asked for the expedited time frame and was told they would provide an exact date on 06/01. I asked for the UPS tracking number for the original order – no response.
06/02 – Again asked for the expedited time frame and UPS tracking number – no response.
To date, I have still not heard from Firepit Outfitters.

We placed an order on 10 May and only received 1 part with in the first 2 weeks. A few more boxes showed up a week later, and now we are still waiting on the last box. I have called and spoke with multiple employees about getting a tracking number and finding out where it is and despite them saying they would call or email me back with the information, i have not been contacted. I asked for the manufactures number to call them myself and find out where it was but they would not give it to me.

Very happy with the high quality of this burner/pan combo.

Ordered products easily online and received them in a timely manner. High quality merchandise true to description. Would recommend without reservation.

I was told that the product was in stock and would ship out same day. it is now a month later and despite promises of delivery I still do not have my product. I had promised an install before Memorial day and now look like a fool to a very important client.

Exactly what I needed.

Bought a warming trends burner that was advertised as a 26鈥?burner and when I got it, it was 23.5鈥? When the mistake was acknowledge it took a week to get a cryptic note about how to return it. I ended up using it and it works ok, I am just disappointed in the responsiveness and ability to make a simple exchange.

I was a little reluctant to order the burner and pan combination on line, but thought what the heck I'll try. I can not be happier with the response and service i received. The unit was delivered on time and a better quality than iI expected .I had a few questions which were promptly responded to promptly and answered appropriately.

Excellent selection of products and great customer service. They are extremely helpful whether in person or on the phone. They are very knowledgeable and experienced.

Experience was very positive. However, two improvements needed. 1) Include the bracket to brace the control box; 2) include instructions for the installation and operation of the unit.

Those two items would have earned a 5 star rating. The people I spoke with on the phone were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly!

The description of inventory needs to be more thorough and easier to understand. The burners are actually smaller than expected requiring the filler piece to complete the installation. The cross fire burner is of great quality however I should have purchased the 31" model instead of the 25"
