Adrian Bowen of Audnam metalworks is possibly the rudest most unhelpful man I have ever come across. He obviously does not want to sell anything. He insists on delivering the canopy himself wherever you are because he doesn't trust couriers, but will not install it ??? He will not answer any questions like 'how is it installed' what happens if it is wrong, etc. In fact he does not want you to ask him anything.
He insists on 50% upfront (canopies cost nearly 拢1000) before he does anything. I would not deal with him if you want good old fashioned service, or any service for that matter !
