Called up a few weeks ago to ask about services – had potentially 拢2k to spend, but literally could not believe how sarcastic, patronising and rude the lady was that answered the phone! I asked questions about fireplace restoration and services they provide, and all I got was snarky remarks. It boggles the mind how independent business owners complain about customers going to the big brands – perhaps this is because they have customer service standards which this 鈥榝amily owned business鈥?does not have at all. I have family members in the local area who wanted to get new fireplaces and I have literally told them not to bother calling this place. Maybe learn to be nice to people who call you and want to pay you for the job you do!
