Carried out some repair work to a fire alarm, left the work dangerous, with wires hanging down everywhere, the alarm was not even working, was told it would cost a couple of thousand max, and i said i can get a new system for 拢5000, they said it wont cost that, i paid them 拢2000 and then they sent me a 拢6500 invoice fror the work, even though they had left the alarm not working, and the front off the consumer unit in the cellar, which was very dangerous, and even though i have paid them 拢2000 they have taken me to court for 拢6500 which as now turned into 拢8500.
